I suggest if you’re on the shorter side, to rent this car if possible for a few days to make sure it’s comfortable.

This is the first time I buy a car from a Jack Taylor Toyota dealership, and I had the best experience. Ebo Grant was very professional, patient and thorough. I felt absolutely no pressure and he made sure I had everything, and it was set up before I left. I med was also very helpful in the finance department, and Mike the manager. My first Toyota and I loved handling the team at Jack Taylor in Alexandria first class. Thanks to everyone who helped me, I highly recommend them if you want to buy a car.

It is not a really bad car but not for everyone. You have to live in warm or hot climate - not a cold for sure. You have to primarily drive within the city limits. You should not drive too little or too much. And one more thing: there is something wrong with either gas engine or its mount - sometimes strong vibration and its is often noisy. I will buy gas only car next time.

Service manager Oscar at Koons Arlington Toyota tried to find a way to save me money by replacing just a rearview mirror cover instead of the whole mirror. I dropped off the car on my way to work and picked it up on my way home after getting a pleasant ride from the Ballston Metro station. Kudos to Oscar and his team!

This is my first hybrid but second RAV4. I like it because it is simple with sophistication. Great ride and I'm getting over 40 mpg. The media system was easy to learn and operate and I use android auto with It. I was able to take delivery in less than 2 weeks.

AWESOME experience!!! I traveled a little over two hours from Richmond to Vienna to purchase a new 2025 RAV4 because I couldn’t find it anywhere else in the state. The ones I located were taking advantage of low inventory levels and over charging the consumer. From my first communication with the internet salesman Muhammad, all the way to driving away in my new vehicle, this was hands down the most enjoyable car buying experience I’ve ever had!! We came into this dealership just wanting to try out cars; we ended up buying one. Along the way we met Will Butler, who kept us interested and focused even when I thought my companion was ready to bolt. I don't know what he had, but I'd love to bottle it and sell it. He kept my mobility-challenged sister comfortable and persisted through our issues with insurance. He made it work! The dealership itself is clean and modern and a relaxing vibe - soothing music, clean bathrooms, a massive contrast to another showroom we had seen. Gotta mention Stephanie who was a pro at using her cool gizmo to get through all the mind-numbing paperwork at the end. Did they keep the dealership open past close just to seal the deal? I think they did. And Will even mentioned calling DealDash if we wanted food. It all worked. Great job!

At the dealership (Hendrik Toyota , Merriam, KS) I was tricked to purchase more expansive and worse car that the one I was test driving. I was told that the car I was driving had been already purchased. I am sure that was a lie. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and agreed to buy this one. There is definitely something wrong with the gas engine. Sometimes it heavily vibrates after I turn it on in the morning. I have purchased an extended warranty for 7 more years, so i do not worry much. Who needs that stupid sun roof? Sun shields at the front window are ridiculously small. There is no real door key. Other than all that the car is fine but only for people who do not drive much and are in a warmer climate. Do not even think about it if you leave on North.
