This is my first hybrid but second RAV4. I like it because it is simple with sophistication. Great ride and I'm getting over 40 mpg. The media system was easy to learn and operate and I use android auto with It. I was able to take delivery in less than 2 weeks.

Great styling and performance. Superior handling and acceleration. XLE model doesn’t offer as many conveniences as I had hoped but access through my phone provides the additional features.

At the dealership (Hendrik Toyota , Merriam, KS) I was tricked to purchase more expansive and worse car that the one I was test driving. I was told that the car I was driving had been already purchased. I am sure that was a lie. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and agreed to buy this one. There is definitely something wrong with the gas engine. Sometimes it heavily vibrates after I turn it on in the morning. I have purchased an extended warranty for 7 more years, so i do not worry much. Who needs that stupid sun roof? Sun shields at the front window are ridiculously small. There is no real door key. Other than all that the car is fine but only for people who do not drive much and are in a warmer climate. Do not even think about it if you leave on North.

Stapp Interstate Toyota is a family owned dealership. That may be why my salesperson, Grant Moreno, took so much time with me and made sure I got the car and deal I wanted. He was very patient and answered the thousands of questions I had. Great experience at MST with Carl Porretti and Johnny O’Neil. I was in the market for a very specific used truck with a pretty uncommon color. I had previously flown to a different state to see a matching truck, but was put off by the salespeople and the condition. On my way back to Denver, I saw that another vehicle had just been added to Mountain States’ lot that fit what I was looking for. When I approved a few hours later, Carl greeted me and showed me everything I wanted to see. He was knowledge, professional, and personable during the whole sales process.
