At the dealership (Hendrik Toyota , Merriam, KS) I was tricked to purchase more expansive and worse car that the one I was test driving. I was told that the car I was driving had been already purchased. I am sure that was a lie. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and agreed to buy this one. There is definitely something wrong with the gas engine. Sometimes it heavily vibrates after I turn it on in the morning. I have purchased an extended warranty for 7 more years, so i do not worry much. Who needs that stupid sun roof? Sun shields at the front window are ridiculously small. There is no real door key. Other than all that the car is fine but only for people who do not drive much and are in a warmer climate. Do not even think about it if you leave on North.

I had a very pleasant experience with AutoNation Toyota except it took a little longer than was estimated. Juan was very professional with a very friendly personality.

I had just left my doctors office after receiving some bad news and was very stressed when my engine light came on . I made it to world Toyota and found out what was wrong with my car and how much the bill would be which stressed me out more. Isaiah was so understanding and let me vent with encouraging words. He was, patient, professional and understanding. He text me with updates through my time there and was so kind to me. He is truly an asset to the company.

After having been overlooked on a previous visit an assistant sales manager heard me begin to complain to the sales manager that I had waited over two hours and my vehicle had never been checked in. This woman, Rahel A. took it upon herself to apologize then discuss the service issue. Although she is a supervisor she assigned herself to regarding this repair and any future service matters. Being overlooked resulted in my now working with one of the most competent and professional service people I have ever met in any agency or corporation.

The truck I bought was great. Dealership worked with me on timing. Finance timing took longer than I had planned even though I was paying cash.

The wait time is excessive but the staff is friendly and professional. That should offer complimentary drinks and snacks due to the wait times.Also, it would be nice if they had a concierge that would drop you off and pick you up locally while you?re waiting.

Always courteous, knowledgeable and fast. Brian K. is the absolute best. He makes sure he gets you the most for your money and he's a comedian too! I love having my car serviced here and plan to keep coming back for a long time.

Super quick booking for a tire fix. It was late in the day and I was able to get it taken care of. I only use World Toyota because I have had great service in the past with my other toyota.
