What sold me on this car: not all screen, some buttons Kick open trunk Good mpg Reliability of Toyotas Overhead 360 camera Past success with Toyota Spare tire in hidden compartment in trunk Negatives I have found out since buying it: For shorter people, hard to keep heel on floor unless seat is all the way up Uncomfortable drivers seat. I suggest if you’re on the shorter side, to rent this car if possible for a few days to make sure it’s comfortable.

It is not a really bad car but not for everyone. You have to live in warm or hot climate - not a cold for sure. You have to primarily drive within the city limits. You should not drive too little or too much. And one more thing: there is something wrong with either gas engine or its mount - sometimes strong vibration and its is often noisy. I will buy gas only car next time.

This is my first hybrid but second RAV4. I like it because it is simple with sophistication. Great ride and I'm getting over 40 mpg. The media system was easy to learn and operate and I use android auto with It. I was able to take delivery in less than 2 weeks.

I?ve been taking my 2003 Tacoma prerunner to Toyota service since 2003 . Every time I go it great, all the service managers are nice and friendly. My service manager Edwin is a great manager. He understands everything that has come up on my truck. I?ve never had any issues with there service and if they find anything wrong they let me know and if it needs immediate repair or it needs to be addressed on my next service appointment. At the dealership (Hendrik Toyota , Merriam, KS) I was tricked to purchase more expansive and worse car that the one I was test driving. I was told that the car I was driving had been already purchased. I am sure that was a lie. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and agreed to buy this one. There is definitely something wrong with the gas engine. Sometimes it heavily vibrates after I turn it on in the morning. I have purchased an extended warranty for 7 more years, so i do not worry much. Who needs that stupid sun roof? Sun shields at the front window are ridiculously small. There is no real door key. Other than all that the car is fine but only for people who do not drive much and are in a warmer climate. Do not even think about it if you leave on North.

This is the best car dealership experience I’ve ever had the guys Bryan and Alexx really took their time and helped me with my financing when they were asking for a Social Security card and I didn’t bring it because my financer didn’t tell me to bring a Social Security card they help me out and they stay with me. They got me another deal with a better financier at 2% lower of a rate so I very much recommend this dealership they are Some of the most Integris and diligent people in the car industry I’ve ever worked with.

Robert Centeno was Professional and friendly. Inspection video was helpful. HOWEVER, the recording was too fast and very hard to see what was being recorded. An explanation was unclear very hard to understand. BUT will do our service here again at Toyota of Anaheim, CA.
