It is not a really bad car but not for everyone. You have to live in warm or hot climate - not a cold for sure. You have to primarily drive within the city limits. You should not drive too little or too much. And one more thing: there is something wrong with either gas engine or its mount - sometimes strong vibration and its is often noisy. I will buy gas only car next time.

This is my first hybrid but second RAV4. I like it because it is simple with sophistication. Great ride and I'm getting over 40 mpg. The media system was easy to learn and operate and I use android auto with It. I was able to take delivery in less than 2 weeks.

I've been using this dealership's service department for years and bought my upgraded Prius from them after an accident. I've always found the sales staff and service staff to be first rate. It amazes me there are so many negative reviews on this site as I have not found anything but great service here.

Great styling and performance. Superior handling and acceleration. XLE model doesn’t offer as many conveniences as I had hoped but access through my phone provides the additional features.

I just purchased a 2019 Tacoma from Freeman Toyota and every person at the dealership I dealt with was helpful, friendly and patient with my many questions and concerns, especially Manny Flores. He communicated clearly by text and phone, making sure that I had all of the information I needed to decide whether it would likely be worthwhile for me to drive for an hour to the dealership. If he didn't know the answer to the question I asked, he found out and let me know as quickly as possible. He even came into the dealership on what was supposed to be his day off to help facilitate my purchase of the truck. When the truck was fully detailed the following day, he also went above and beyond to deliver the truck to me at a time and place that was most convenient for me. After more than a month of dealing with used car salesmen at other dealerships who repeatedly misrepresented the vehicles they were selling, it was so refreshing to interact with Manny and others at Freeman Toyota. They were honest, direct, and easy going. And they liked my dog and didn't complain when she took a test drive with me! We're very happy with our 2019 Tacoma and very grateful that Freeman Toyota made the experience of buying a used vehicle not only less stressful but actually enjoyable. Nic Nunes helped make the purchasing process as easy as possible. I have recommended both friends and family to Toyota Walnut Creek and they have all had a great experience there. The service department has always been great as well. I wouldn’t recommend shopping for a Toyota anywhere else.

After doing much research, we settled on this dealership because they had 2 colors we were considering and wanted to view the car in & out. Staff was pleasant, no pressure to buy. They were interested in making a sale; unlike a dealership in our local area. They matched the price of another dealership and the sale was made. There was no pressure from the sales staff and manager. The finance manager was upfront on all contract figures and explained all questions we asked. No pressure there either. Kudos to the dealership. We would go back again.

Shannon Aiken- Amazing. In and out in one hour with the price I wanted and the car I wanted. Car was waiting for me to test drive, he didn’t rush me into anything, no hidden fees or extra expenses like LoJack. Shannon even texted after the purchase to confirm everything was perfect.
