At the dealership (Hendrik Toyota , Merriam, KS) I was tricked to purchase more expansive and worse car that the one I was test driving. I was told that the car I was driving had been already purchased. I am sure that was a lie. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and agreed to buy this one. There is definitely something wrong with the gas engine. Sometimes it heavily vibrates after I turn it on in the morning. I have purchased an extended warranty for 7 more years, so i do not worry much. Who needs that stupid sun roof? Sun shields at the front window are ridiculously small. There is no real door key. Other than all that the car is fine but only for people who do not drive much and are in a warmer climate. Do not even think about it if you leave on North.

When I accelerate the car, the engine make noise. Mr. Ruben Gomez did an excellent job to resolve the noise considering it is an old car. Thanks Ruben and Mr. Lutz.

Maria Flores was great - had to get a tire replaced quickly and she offered options and got me in fast. Also was able to repair a recall issue!

Alex Shin, Tom Cruz, Magdy all ensured we got the best deal on our vehicle and were amazing. We were having trouble with some paper work so Gregory Hammann stepped in and explained to us in great detail how to finish up our paperwork properly without raising red flags and preventing us from buying since we live out of state. Khamnei Alireza finished up our paperwork and was so wonderful as well. Stopped by the Toyota Dealership in Cerritos to test drive a 2025 Prius. I had earlier placed an appointment with Valeria Sanchez over the phone and then met her in person, she gave my family and me a more than stellar welcome. Managed to go on a smooth test drive and was later assisted by Moe who filled in for Valeria to complete negotiations of the car. After a lot of back and forth I managed to get a decent deal. In the end it is a car dealership and you should know what to expect but this time around was nice as everyone was very accommodating.
