Dealt with the online staff, and they were great. Had my truck delivered and the old one picked up while I was out of town even. Felt like I got a good deal and it was definitely no hassle.

This is a great car. The hybrid drivetrain has already saved me over 30% on gas in a few months of ownership. With the xle model I purchased I have noticed the sound dampening is not as good as my older model 2013 rav4 non hybrid but with no engine noise either makes the outside noise more noticeable. The seating space up front is a little more tighter but not bad. My one gripe is the gas pedal is hinged to the floor so the floor mats do not go all the way to the top and leave the carpet exposed. I would still 100% recommend the car. Just watch out for some dealerships who are just out to make your purchase difficult.

I suggest if you’re on the shorter side, to rent this car if possible for a few days to make sure it’s comfortable.

Great experience, so unusually better than the norm!! Well worth the drive from Central Florida to North Palm Beach… Unfortunately the local dealership rates under the “norm”. Deal promised and deal kept even after months of delay caused by the manufacturer. Do miss dealing with this extraordinary place of service!!

It is not a really bad car but not for everyone. You have to live in warm or hot climate - not a cold for sure. You have to primarily drive within the city limits. You should not drive too little or too much. And one more thing: there is something wrong with either gas engine or its mount - sometimes strong vibration and its is often noisy. I will buy gas only car next time.

This is my first hybrid but second RAV4. I like it because it is simple with sophistication. Great ride and I'm getting over 40 mpg. The media system was easy to learn and operate and I use android auto with It. I was able to take delivery in less than 2 weeks.

Great styling and performance. Superior handling and acceleration. XLE model doesn’t offer as many conveniences as I had hoped but access through my phone provides the additional features.

Bought our 21 Camry after seeing it on line. It had not been built yet but the dealership kept us informed of progress and shipping as things changed and finally it was delivered. We were informed that the car was at the dealership and we brought it home that day. We are very pleased with the dealership and the car. Also, 10,000 mile service was handled efficiently and took 1 hour total. Ca't beat that!

We were visiting Salt Lake City, driving a rental Toyota Corolla and needed help pairing our Apple i-phone with the car's sound system. Moments later, Jonathan Denanda came to our assistance and patiently walked us through the process. In no time he linked our phone to the rental car system and explained various functions so we could maximize our listening experience. Jonathan was patient, courteous and very knowledgeable and we were very grateful for his expertise. It made our four hour drive to several Utah state parks much more enjoyable having our curated "soundtrack" to go along with the magnificent scenery.
