Paul Beeman was amazing. He really made the process easy. His guidance was great, I felt very comfortable during the whole process. He showed me how to use all the features on the car. He even checked on me later to see if I needed any help with anything. Clare who did the financial stuff was great too. What sold me on this car: not all screen, some buttons Kick open trunk Good mpg Reliability of Toyotas Overhead 360 camera Past success with Toyota Spare tire in hidden compartment in trunk Negatives I have found out since buying it: For shorter people, hard to keep heel on floor unless seat is all the way up Uncomfortable drivers seat. I suggest if you’re on the shorter side, to rent this car if possible for a few days to make sure it’s comfortable.

It went really smooth, Justin answered all my questions and made the process as easy as it could be. I felt really taken care of!

It is not a really bad car but not for everyone. You have to live in warm or hot climate - not a cold for sure. You have to primarily drive within the city limits. You should not drive too little or too much. And one more thing: there is something wrong with either gas engine or its mount - sometimes strong vibration and its is often noisy. I will buy gas only car next time.

Really good experience. We shopped a 200 mile radius of our home. We didn?t want to waste a lot of time at dealerships and get trapped by a salesman. We asked all the dealerships what their best out the door price was. Some didn?t want to give without you visiting, some kept trying to give quotes for vehicles or features we didn?t ask for, and some just didn?t have the inventory. Courtesy and my salesman, Ali, gave me the best deal, had plenty of inventory, and made the process easy. Did most of the work over the phone. The finance guy did offer the upsells but didn?t pressure. The dealership facilities were nice with cold water and gourmet coffee machines. Thanks courtesy.

This is my first hybrid but second RAV4. I like it because it is simple with sophistication. Great ride and I'm getting over 40 mpg. The media system was easy to learn and operate and I use android auto with It. I was able to take delivery in less than 2 weeks.

Hands down one of the best car buying experiences I?ve had! My sales rep Erick was awesome! Erick was very professional and personable. No pressure to get extras or anything that wasn?t necessary. Took the time to locate the exact car I wanted and kept in contact with me to let me know when I car would arrive and when it actually got there. I would highly recommend everyone go see him! Jorge the finance manager was excellent as well! He made sure I had all the coverage I needed and a reasonable monthly payment. Great styling and performance. Superior handling and acceleration. XLE model doesn’t offer as many conveniences as I had hoped but access through my phone provides the additional features.

At the dealership (Hendrik Toyota , Merriam, KS) I was tricked to purchase more expansive and worse car that the one I was test driving. I was told that the car I was driving had been already purchased. I am sure that was a lie. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and agreed to buy this one. There is definitely something wrong with the gas engine. Sometimes it heavily vibrates after I turn it on in the morning. I have purchased an extended warranty for 7 more years, so i do not worry much. Who needs that stupid sun roof? Sun shields at the front window are ridiculously small. There is no real door key. Other than all that the car is fine but only for people who do not drive much and are in a warmer climate. Do not even think about it if you leave on North.

After a really terrible experience at another Tampa dealership, working with Jorge and Alec was a pleasure. Thank you for helping me get over the longest January of my life.
