2021 xse, ride is a little hard. A car you really have to drive which I like. Great mileage 38 to 40 mpg. I'm pleased, the car is loaded with extras. Bought new a little pricey would purchase another one.

John Vang was amazing, genial and knowledgeable and was prepared to show us a variety of used cars that met our needs. Everyone from front desk to finance was friendly and took the initiative to leave us with as few questions as possible. I would HIGHLY recommend doing a test drive with John and with Luther!

Extremely stable and smooth ride. Good sound system. Ready availability of dealers, service, parts, etc.. Quite comfortable seating. Very extensive owner's manual. Very effective safety features.

I had a great experience with Nathan Hadler when I came in to test drive a vehicle. He took his time to answer my questions and understood I was just starting my car research and was not ready to buy. He listened to what I wanted and did not try to convince me otherwise. He genuinely cared about helping me make the right decision for me which was evident in the follow up email he sent me.

I love my RAV4 Hybrid !! It drives like a dream and it gets really goo gas mileage. I will replace this one for another. This is the vest ride I have ever had.

Great car, had it for 2 years with absolutely no issues. Gets upwards of 40 MPG all the time. The only downside is the seats are not terribly comfortable, especially on long car rides.

Best dealer experience ever. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Even though I purchased a used vehicle, Kate treated me like I was an important customer and made a point to check in to make sure I was enjoying the vehicle. I had a small issue with my sunroof and Kate and Alex worked hard to make it right and make sure I had a good experience.

I traded in a Corolla hatchback for this RAV4. I love the size inside. I love the screen and it’s pretty comfortable though. I haven’t taken it on a very long trip. My gas mileage has decline since winter has come, but so far the all-wheel-drive is handling the snow

We bought our 2021 RAV4 Hybrid brand new at the end of 2020. We have been so happy with this car. Of course, the gas mileage is great with the hybrid engine. The car is roomy, comfortable, and handles well. No complaints. We have taken it on several long road trips. It has been totally reliable, no issues with the maintenance.

Great car with good quality. Like all cars today, the price has escalated to make it almost unaffordable. And in Jan 2023 when there was an inventory shortage we were forced to pay an extra $7k for extra dealer installed options that we didn't really need. Its really just a high profit margin package to increase their profit. But we needed a car then and still had to wait for 4 1/2 months to get one.

I've owned mine for a couple of months. Lots of technology to figure out. As a hybrid, it's good on gas but also provides the "kick" I need when needed. I like all the automatic things like door locking, voice commands, etc. Drives smoothly as well. Good value. I'm happy with the car for sure...

Initially I was looking at a competitively priced 1-2 year-old used one which I found they had on-hand during an online search of several twin cities dealerships. But after a test drive at their site, my salesperson, Bobby Higgins, shared the new car allocation schedule with me and we found one with the key features I wanted that was a few weeks away from delivery. I was able to customize the order, removing options I didn't want and ended with up a new car for the same competitive price as the used one. When the car arrived a few weeks later, it only took a little over a hour to get though the purchasing process (no financing, no trade involved), review the key features, download the Toyota app on my phone and pair my phone to the car. We were fortunate to be able to purchase 2 new vehicles in 2023 from Luther Brookdale Toyota and love the vehicles. We did want a hybrid then but did not get one as we thought we'd have to plug it in. Since talking to someone who had bought a hybrid twin of our gas powered RAV 4, we dicovered that was not the case. We came back to Luther Brookdale Toyota this year to trade the gas only RAV 4 we loved for a new hybrid RAV 4. The staff from sales, finance, accessories, service to customer service both then and now are absolutely awesome. Shout out to Jeff Gammack and Abdi Ibrahim for amazing assistance, thorough knowledge of the vehicle and service plans, etc. You gentlemen are awesome.

Excellent AWD Hybrid. So far getting at least 46 MPG. Seats could use a little more support. Outside of that, vehicle is all you could ask.

He seemed knowledgeable and honest. He answered our questions well and was responsive to our requests.

It is not a really bad car but not for everyone. You have to live in warm or hot climate - not a cold for sure. You have to primarily drive within the city limits. You should not drive too little or too much. And one more thing: there is something wrong with either gas engine or its mount - sometimes strong vibration and its is often noisy. I will buy gas only car next time.

PROS: * Overall 39 or 40 MPG combined city and highway. Really. * 500+ mile range on a full tank * Toyota's driver assist goodies work well (radar cruise, et. al) to reduce driver fatigue in both stop-and-go commuting and highway trips. * Sufficient power and acceleration to compete with big-city freeway traffic; uphill freeway on-ramps and so forth. * Nicely agile without being skittish. It goes where you tell it to with no drama. * I have done mild off-roading in Arizona. No problems, handles as hoped for. CONS: * Only one I can think of. Front seats are stiff. I find myself shifting my weight to get comfortable more often than I like.

Stopped in to service to get air added to my tires so the warning light would shut off and Kou (I think that was his name) was very helpful and excellent customer service.

I bought a 23 RAV4 SE hybrid. It gets no lie 45 mpg in town. Live in Grand Junction Co. Got it at Western slope Toyota, a great place to buy your Toyota. Anyway, It,s a great Suv for the money. I would never go back to a just gasoline engine car.
