2021 xse, ride is a little hard. A car you really have to drive which I like. Great mileage 38 to 40 mpg. I'm pleased, the car is loaded with extras. Bought new a little pricey would purchase another one.

Great car with good quality. Like all cars today, the price has escalated to make it almost unaffordable. And in Jan 2023 when there was an inventory shortage we were forced to pay an extra $7k for extra dealer installed options that we didn't really need. Its really just a high profit margin package to increase their profit. But we needed a car then and still had to wait for 4 1/2 months to get one.

I was looking for a used vehicle and they have a good selection. Purchased a nice used car that was bought there, serviced there and returned there for another purchase there. A good sign for their sales and service.

Great car, had it for 2 years with absolutely no issues. Gets upwards of 40 MPG all the time. The only downside is the seats are not terribly comfortable, especially on long car rides.

I'm from Illinois and luckily I was paired up with Adam O'Connor over the phone as my salesman. He made my purchase very easy, he was beyond helpful, and most of all very thorough. Buying a car out of state can make you nervous but I did NOT have that feeling dealing with Adam. The entire staff was courteous as well. Even though I'm from Illinois I will make my next purchase from Performance Honda. I highly recommend this dealership.

We really didn't need a new (for us) vehicle but visited the dealer with a friend who was in the market. She asked me to drive this Rav4 hybrid and I was so impressed with its smoothness, quiet and features that we bought it. Our older Rav4 (2005) is much noisier by comparison and we really loved it until now.

We bought our 2021 RAV4 Hybrid brand new at the end of 2020. We have been so happy with this car. Of course, the gas mileage is great with the hybrid engine. The car is roomy, comfortable, and handles well. No complaints. We have taken it on several long road trips. It has been totally reliable, no issues with the maintenance.

I traded in a Corolla hatchback for this RAV4. I love the size inside. I love the screen and it’s pretty comfortable though. I haven’t taken it on a very long trip. My gas mileage has decline since winter has come, but so far the all-wheel-drive is handling the snow

Stopped in looking for a reasonably priced used pick up truck. Found a 2023 Honda Ridgeline with low miles at a reasonable price on their lot. Called in and was put in touch with Tim. I've owned mine for a couple of months. Lots of technology to figure out. As a hybrid, it's good on gas but also provides the "kick" I need when needed. I like all the automatic things like door locking, voice commands, etc. Drives smoothly as well. Good value. I'm happy with the car for sure...

Not once did I feel pressured to purchase, even after I took all 3 cars to the test drive. They gave me enough space and time to decide, and kept answering all my questions. I have owned my RAV4 Hybrid limited for 5 years now and am still in love with it! Overall, I have averaged over 34 mpg with about 60/40% highway/city driving. This car is very dependable and has been very affordable to service so far. The only issues it has are with infotainment screen freezing, fogging in rear lights, and rear auto hatch problems at times. The car is beautiful on inside with loads of compliments, has plenty of interior passenger and cargo space, and enough acceleration to get me where I need to go. Safety features are just as good as any standard car you can buy in 2021, my favorites are the auto high-beams and adaptive cruise control. I highly recommend this car if you are in the market for a used car, eons better than regular gas-engine cars. I will be keeping this car for at least another 3 years!

Love it! Better performance than gas model, great gas mileage, fun, sporty and super reliable! It handles well, the AWD is terrific and it has fun bells and whistles.

Although the hybrid is best for Intown use I have put over 100,000 miles of highway miles with consistently good few mileage being over 30 with no problems whatsoever with this vehicle
