Just bought a 2021 Highlander from Mountain States Toyota, and I couldn’t be happier...unless maybe it came with a lifetime supply of snacks in the glove box. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and (dare I say it?) actually enjoyable. Quin and Steve were the dynamic duo I didn’t know I needed, super helpful, low pressure, and they somehow managed to get me excited about floor mats. I also had a chance to meet Patrick, the manager, who popped in like a friendly boss in a sitcom. Supportive, laid back, and clearly runs a tight ship. Trey in finance made signing paperwork way less painful than expected. No pressure, no surprise add-ons, and only a few pens mysteriously disappeared during the process (I’m watching you, Trey). All in all, great people, great service, and a great car. Highly recommend Mountain States Toyota. If you're shopping for a vehicle and want to avoid the stereotypical dealership headache, these are your people.

From the time I contacted David Floyd of Mountain States Toyota till the moment that I drove off the lot with the car that I absolutely love. I was treated with the utmost respect and dignity. My neighbor had already bought two cars from him and had recommended that I go up there and here I am. I'm now sitting in my car leaving a review. Just an overall great car-buying experience. The staff was friendly, rational, not pushy, and very pleasant to interact with... Plus, Stapp didn't mark up the cost of the car like other dealers in the area did. I would certainly work with Stapp again.

Sabrina was a dream to work with! I had to wait for my insurance check from an accident to pay off my previous loan and she was very patient waiting until that happened. I gave her a deposit for the vehicle that I wanted close contact with me regarding the purchase of my new vehicle. She was friendly, sweet on the phone, and even better when I met her in person!
