Just bought a 2021 Highlander from Mountain States Toyota, and I couldn’t be happier...unless maybe it came with a lifetime supply of snacks in the glove box. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and (dare I say it?) actually enjoyable. Quin and Steve were the dynamic duo I didn’t know I needed, super helpful, low pressure, and they somehow managed to get me excited about floor mats. I also had a chance to meet Patrick, the manager, who popped in like a friendly boss in a sitcom. Supportive, laid back, and clearly runs a tight ship. Trey in finance made signing paperwork way less painful than expected. No pressure, no surprise add-ons, and only a few pens mysteriously disappeared during the process (I’m watching you, Trey). All in all, great people, great service, and a great car. Highly recommend Mountain States Toyota. Very convenient to schedule and lock in time for service. Routine services complete with an hour. Follow up warranty work can be scheduled when they are done. Convenient when you live 3 hours away!
