Cori was incredible. She was engaging, caring, patient and thorough. This is my 4th Volvo and she showed me more features and 'how too' then I have ever been shown on any previous Volvo. She also connected with us personally and was genuinely interested and caring in who we are and what was important to us. I gave her a deposit for the vehicle that I wanted close contact with me regarding the purchase of my new vehicle. She was friendly, sweet on the phone, and even better when I met her in person! I did not buy anything, but when I visited the dealership, I found the employees to be friendly and helpful. The salesman I worked with was Mark and he was very nice and responsive. Despite the fact, the dealership was extremely busy that day, Mark came and met me within a few minutes of my arrival he was able to juggle several customers at once and allow me to test drive the vehicle I was seriously looking at.

The dealership was not able to find the specific car and accessory packages I wanted, but the salesman, Gio, did an excellent job searching their network for vehicles and keeping me informed. I will definitely give them the opportunity to sell me my next new car. Highly recommended. I've taken two of my previous Toyotas to this Greeley dealership for service since 2010, even though it is an hour and a half drive each way. I will continue with my new 2025 Toyota.

I bought a RAV4 from Mountain States Toyota and honestly it was way easier than I expected. Quinn was really straightforward and didn’t try to push me into anything. What I liked most was that they didn’t hit me with any surprise dealer fees, so the price felt fair from the start. The car was exactly what I wanted and has been running great. Overall, it just felt like a no-nonsense, honest way to buy a car. I’d recommend them for sure.

Ryan Benipayo was incredibly easy to work with - available, knowledgeable, and very helpful. New cars today are extremely complicated for this nontechnical buyer who's first car was a 1954 Plymouth with push-button gear shift! Imagine, if you will, the ability to understand and explain the workings of all of the Toyota models available! Also, Ryan was most effective in assessing my existing trade-in so that he could give a reasonable and understandable offer and then give me a reasonable quote on the trade! Very calm and patient, Ryan is always helpful and patient.
