I recently purchased a 2022 Lexus LS500h AWD trading in my 2022 LexusLS500 Luxury. The vehicle I bought was a L-certified fully loaded with 3,500 miles and the one I traded was having just 8,690 miles. A few weeks ago, my husband and I were casually browsing the used car lot at Sheehy Ford when we were approached by Axel Jimenez. He offered to answer any questions we had and assist with test drives. We ended up trying out a few cars and found one we absolutely loved. Mr. Jose Redd is the employee you want to work with. I had the great fortune of helping my niece get her first car. We had been to other dealerships where we first had to get the attention of a salesperson just to see if we could find a car for her. When we walked into Jim Coleman, Mr. Redd immediately walked up to us, and asked if he could help us. His demeanor indicated to me that this was going to be an outstanding experience. Mr. Redd was attentive. He answered every question from our party of four and at the end of the encounter, it felt like we had made a lifelong friend. When we moved over to finance, I expected to be pressured and we were not Mr. Bienvenue was outstanding and the great customer service experience we had started hours early was extended into the contracting process. I have bought four cars before. This was by far THEEEEEEEEE best experience I've ever had in my life. I wish that I was in the market to buy a car (I'm not because my car is three years old) because I would definitely want to broker my deal with Mr. Redd. Outstanding! Personable! Attentive! Discovered my sunroof was leaking badly on a very rainy day, the interior of my car was getting soaked. Not only did they make time to fix it the same day, they let me come early and parked it in their garage until they could get to it. Could not have been better service.

Salesman Steve Pevenstein is very responsive, this is a huge benefit for customers. His video mesaages are fun to watch. But if you want to do an internet deal finalize negotiation remotely, his management insisted I come in to get a final price, so this dealer did not get my business. Another dealer worked out a below MSRP deal and we are doing it all remotely, I only come to the dealer to pick up the car. I bought 2 Toyotas this way already, once from Warrenton Toyota and another from Bill Page.

I dealt with Ali he gave me one of the best quote in the nation! He was so great and professional. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of getting my own financing first and then picking out the car I wanted. I wanted a 2022 Highlander but I couldnt get more money for it from my credit union unless I cancelled the loan I already had and re-applied for a higher loan. I couldnt stomach risking being left with no loan.

AWESOME experience!!! I traveled a little over two hours from Richmond to Vienna to purchase a new 2025 RAV4 because I couldn’t find it anywhere else in the state. The ones I located were taking advantage of low inventory levels and over charging the consumer. From my first communication with the internet salesman Muhammad, all the way to driving away in my new vehicle, this was hands down the most enjoyable car buying experience I’ve ever had!! The showroom is beautiful and clean and customer care is FIRST CLASS!!! HIGHLY recommend my salesperson Ahmad Al Faham, and the finance manager Aldo Ismail!! I was treated with respect and courtesy start to finish and I’m looking forward to driving this wonderful vehicle well into the future!! I’ll definitely be back next time I purchase another Toyota!!

The guy that serviced my car is an angel. He gave me detailed information concerning the items that were done. He gave the service update and adviced me on what else need to be serviced.

This time around, the maintenance service took under one hour...probably more like 45 minutes. Last time I was there, it took about 2 hours. Much faster this time around.

I came to dealership on a very busy day, but they found time to answer all my questions and go through all purchase options with me. Responsive and respectfull, ended up buying my new car here.

6/19/23 - I found the exact car I was looking for on cars.com, and purchased a RAV4 at Jim Coleman Toyota in Bethesda. Everyone at the dealership was professional, no pressure, and respectful. The sales professional in particular, Mr. Luis Cortes, made the experience very easy and enjoyable! He is extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He guided me through the buying process. And he helped me receive a great price on my trade. He made himself available after the sale to pickup a second car key, and gave me advice on future service. Thank you so much! I love my car!

My salesperson was Aydin Abbasov and he did a wonderful job with everything. I flu out of Syracuse at 6am and arrived in the Washington VA airport (IAD) at 7:35am where Aydin picked me up before the dealership even opened for the day. By 10:30am I was on the road for my 7hr return trip back home to NY with my new '25 Tacoma Sport.
