The service department is exceptional! I live in Aventura and was in the Kendall area when I encountered a problem with my A/C, and with 90-degree weather outside, this was worst case scenario for me. I didn't have an appointment and was scared I'd wait an eternity. I was taken in almost immediately, explained the problem, and my issue was solved within two hours (that is crazy fast considering service was pretty busy AND I didn't have an appointment). Very happy with their services and prices aren't bad at all. Not sure if they'll become my go to for service considering how far they are from me, but I'm very satisfied and will recommend them to my friends and family. Give them a shot! You won't regret it.

Let me start by saying our sales rep was excellent ,Yarib Cuebas, and our overall sales experience was good. The only thing I don't like is that, because of supply and demand, dealerships in general are overcharging for their vehicles well above MSRP. But we do love our new RAV4 hybrid. And once again our sales rep was great.

Service was attentive and thorough, and Mr. Bido was polite and professional. Issues with the supporting technology: Despite numerous attempts, I was unable to schedule the service online - a circular loop kept starting me over - I ultimately arranged it by phone. Another technical glitch: the site kept coming up with an error when I tried to download the vehicle inspection report.

Amir Brunson is an amazing sales associate. He is a very professional and caring young man and if you are looking to buy a Toyota, you will not regret asking for him! It was very refreshing to buy a car and not get treated like the rest of the dealerships like Toyota of Hollywood. Everyone was wonderful including Ali with financing. This dealership is nice, clean and accommodating, whereas Toyota of Hollywood was dirty and sales people couldn?t even locate their cars.
