My recent purchase of a Lincoln Continental with Lincoln dealership of Cutler Bay was a unique experience, having to deal with every department of the Sales force and Service . At one point in the transaction with a customer that is “always right” and a dealership that is “never wrong” it becomes difficult to establish a bond of trust. Trust is established outside the realm of right and wrong when righteousness prevails. Here we have a customer and dealer with sales and service. Happy to report that trust was establish as all issues were reasonably resolved. In all transactions there will be issues but the customer is not always right and dealership wrong. Be righteous and it will return to you with benefits. I recommend Lincoln of Cutler Bay . Bring “the buyer beware attitude” quote under reasonable control. This is the first endorsement ever given by me after 50+ years in Miami business affairs.

I recently made a purchase of tires and install, I was extremely pleased and surprised by both the time of wait (quickness of the experience) and the professionalism by Mr. Pete O. Good service is a rarity in itself now in days, and me being in the service industry, i can tell when someone is really trying to please a costumer and when one is just going thru the motions. Again , I appreciate Mr. Peter O.’s attention to detail in my recent visit and I hope to see him again next time I have to service my vehicle

The service department is exceptional! I live in Aventura and was in the Kendall area when I encountered a problem with my A/C, and with 90-degree weather outside, this was worst case scenario for me. I didn't have an appointment and was scared I'd wait an eternity. I was taken in almost immediately, explained the problem, and my issue was solved within two hours (that is crazy fast considering service was pretty busy AND I didn't have an appointment). Very happy with their services and prices aren't bad at all. Not sure if they'll become my go to for service considering how far they are from me, but I'm very satisfied and will recommend them to my friends and family. Give them a shot! You won't regret it.

Toyota of North Miami has the best customer services that we had experienced with from an out state customer point of view. They treated you like your own family from the sale representative, sale manager, finance manager to the fleet manager. They helped us to get the right vehicle for our son last week, who is going to attending the Florida International University (FIU) at Bayview campus this summer. Their customer service is just wow! I unfortunately couldn’t purchase the car same day but the service I received was unlike any other. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all, no one judged me or treated me differently. I’ve experienced horrible service in other Toyota dealers but not this one. HIGHLY recommend.

Wonderful Service from the start to finish ! The salesperson that unbelievably helped us was Mr.Eduardo, he was very patient with our questions and concerns. He drove us through all the inventory making sure we found the perfect car. The experience I had with West Kendall Toyota was absolutely amazing! From the time I walked in Saul was so helpful , professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was allowed to take my time and decide on the automobile that I wanted. Never once did I feel pressured, nor did I have doubt about leaving without my desired automobile. I have been coming to Toyota of Hollywood for years. The service I have received have always been good. This time my service advisor Sebastian provided exceptional service. He was able to get things completed/fix in timely manner. He help me resolve a problem that had plug me for over a year with my car.

I have a 2011 Prius that has only been serviced at West Kendall Toyota. I have had many service advisors over the past 10 years that were just OK or not good at all. Kelly Monroy is by far the best! She is very professional, respectful and polite. She goes above and beyond the basic service level. Kelly actually walked through the dealership to find me and give me an in person update on my car instead of a phone call or text. I'll ask for Kelly every time I come to West Kendall Toyota, She gets an A from me.

2/5/22 I was with my 2020 tacoma for installing 4 new tires. they told me to wait 2 hours to receive my car finished. About a little more than 2 hours they called me to pay for it and told me to go outside for my car. I had talking with the man at office # 4 who assisted me and told me that in 5 minutes my car will be with me. He told me that two times when I was to see him and half an hour later my car was there. The man who was driving told me that he could not find my car. This is second time that this happens to me with my cars and I think that this dealer has many very skilled mechanics an need to make some changes to improve the return of cars.

These guys were professional and got back to me within a very short time regarding my showing interest in their car. Any information I asked for other than what was online they were quick to send to me. They were even willing to put the car on a lift and send photos of the under carriage.
