This car is just what we needed! Lots of space and leg room. Not much “trunk” space and pretty terrible gas mileage, but we knew what we were getting and get that the benefits outweighed those 2 issues.

Minnie (Salesperson) was great to work with. I wish I was able to buy a car from her but I went another route. She is great!!

We bought this with 21k on it. It's a really stylish looking ride. We understood the rear cargo issues folks are having when we bought the vehicle. It works fine for us. The car came with a tow hitch and we have a carrier for that area to hall extra luggage. The fuel economy doesn't compare to the ratings given by the manufacturer, but for the size and power of the car it's quite good. We average 18 to 19 all the way around.. The car rides great for it's size and is very comfortable and the seats are very spacious. So far we are very pleased with this car. One note. Every person in the reviews talks of wind noise at 55MPH. It surely is a problem Toyota needs to look into. We like the car so much that we are willing to overlook this one issue. BUT it is a real issue. This is where the luxury of the car disappears.

I want to compliment Lee Wicker at Hertel for a very outstanding purchase. He was totally fair in the negotiations on the price my trade. He alerted me to anything he knew that was done to the Avalanche, including repairs. I was able to make an intelligent decision. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a vehicle as the transaction was handled well from start to finish. No high pressure, and I felt I was treated as an intelligent buyer from the beginning.

Uses a bit more gas than expected, but her, its V6 5.7 l engine... overall its a perfect car! Initially i wanted to get 4Runner, but this one is even better

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

I am a fan of Toyotas and this new Sequoia hits all the buttons for style performance & technology yeah it’s a little pricey but compared to the other big SUVs in the market, I think it’s reasonable.

So I pretty much been dealing with one Gentleman name Craig and have been an easy person to speak with and very knowledgeable about things I ask of him.

2024 Sequoia Platinum.....We love it!! ( although not necessarily the hefty price tag!!!!) It has Plenty of power, lots of bells and whistles and very comfortable and safe. Advertised Gas milage advertised seems a little deceiving, but all in all a great vehicle!! Lots of fun to drive.

I’m looking and have been for a while. I have found most car sells men don’t care what they say to sell a car. I was pleasantly impressed with a young man by the name of Luke Fox when showed me the cars and all that entails. When I make my final I hope I can buy it from Mr Fox. Thank you Luke

My issue with this car is not the car itself. It’s the Toyota dealers that have them. (WHEN) These ROACHES think they found a Diamond they have no disgrace. They add 10k to the already overstimulated price tag. A Toyota (doesn’t matter which kind) should not cost $80k, $85k, $90k, $95k dollars! It’s disgusting. When paying nearly $100 thousand dollars. I’d rather a S class. I really would, I’m sorry. These prices are just absurd. And the reliability on a twin turbo hybrid engine? You gotta be out of your mind. After 120k miles. Run for your lives. Toyota is no longer Toyota. I am sorry to say.

I have always used Carlos as my service writer. He used to be at the Preston location, but moved when they did. I would recommend him because he is always very friendly and professional.

Well, its been 3 months and I finally love this car, my black TRD Sequoia called 'Dahkness'. There are a few frustrations, and I am still overwhelmingly and increasingly thrilled. At first I was a little 'whatever' or 'its okay', but now I am actually pumped. She's grown on my despite some of her silliness. I have read a bunch of reviews and this is my first Toyota, so I have no basis for what other vehicles in their line-up handle like, but I'm overall happy with the handling, acceleration, and style in general. It drives like a truck, which I expected and can't complain at all. Although I have the TRD, I still think she is a much more family oriented car than an off-road legend. This thing does have an epic driver's screen that makes every other car you drive seem puny. I came out of a LWB Range Rover so I lost my massage seats and a couple other cool bells, so anyways, I don't think the seats are very posh for a really expensive car, but I suppose they aren't uncomfortable. Also coming from a Range Rover, a way more expensive vehicle that everything breaks on, this Sequoia is going extremely smoothly. No issues of any kind. The bad: -WHY THE xxxx did you all ditch the rear gate window that everyone loved! Now we have a glass hatch... horray - Mileage economy is criminally overstated - the 3rd row seat is completely useless and makes the rear storage also dismal and dysfunctional - The 'amazing' JBL system... actually stands for Just Below Lousy. Cranked alllllll the way up you can clearly hear the person next to you speaking softly. That shouldn't happen. I ripped it out the 2nd week I owned it and now I LOVE my sound system. - Dealer got 10k over sticker - I still don't have my second key in the mail yet, because somehow Toyota couldn't keep up with the key demand for new vehicles and new cars only come with one until supply recovers Don't buy this car if you have 4 or 5 children, don't get this vehicle because of it's advertised MPG economy, and don't get this because you think the JBL sound system will be impressive... Get this car because it is easy to drive, safe, reliable, and because you want to spoil yourself a little every time you start the car, without driving something as garish as a Range Rover. I'd change a couple things, but nobody gets everything. I love it.

I live in Arlington so I had sent an email first to see if the Badlands bronco was still available. Jimmy contacted me back right away and even sent me a video of the vehicle. I drove out the next day to take a look at it where I meet up with jimmy. My over all experience was very good and Jimmy definitely made the overall experience much better. Any concern I had he made sure to address quickly and efficiently. I ended up driving off the lot with the bronco I had seen in the ad and a big part of that was due to Jimmy’s excellent customer service. I drove over two hours to look at a new truck that was on a really impressive discount. After I arrived I was informed that all of the trucks with that discount had sold several days prior after I was told by multiple people that truck was there. I was then informed by the manager that it was a mess up on their end. At most dealerships that wouldve led me to leave however their salesman and the manager not only honored the discount on a different truck but put me in a newer, less miles, and better equipped model for a difference of maybe $800. While the mix up of what had sold versus what was available was frustrating. The fact that the salesman and manager worked with me to get me an even better deal speaks volumes. Also, no hidden add ons or xx was a huge plus!

It’s been an amazing SUV to own. It makes great power while still driving like a luxury vehicle! The seats are incredibly stylish and comfortable. The safety features also make me feel very safe behind the wheel of such a large vehicle. But it’s not hard to drive and the lane keeping assist works very well. Overall I’m very happy with my Sequoia!

Severo was an excellent service specialist. He kept me up to date on the progress, explained all the work that was being done and why it needed to be done and had the technician check in with a video. He was fabulous and I will want to work with him in the future.

Finally pulled the trigger and purchase a brand new Sequoia about a year ago. It has been a dream. Roomy, reliable and comfortable. A true family vehicle. We use it for transporting hordes of kids, skiing and road trips. We'll enjoy it for many years to come.
