New and used 2025 Toyota Sienna for sale near Chevy Chase Section Five, MD

Mr. Jose Redd is the employee you want to work with. I had the great fortune of helping my niece get her first car. We had been to other dealerships where we first had to get the attention of a salesperson just to see if we could find a car for her. When we walked into Jim Coleman, Mr. Redd immediately walked up to us, and asked if he could help us. His demeanor indicated to me that this was going to be an outstanding experience. Mr. Redd was attentive. He answered every question from our party of four and at the end of the encounter, it felt like we had made a lifelong friend. When we moved over to finance, I expected to be pressured and we were not Mr. Bienvenue was outstanding and the great customer service experience we had started hours early was extended into the contracting process. I have bought four cars before. This was by far THEEEEEEEEE best experience I've ever had in my life. I wish that I was in the market to buy a car (I'm not because my car is three years old) because I would definitely want to broker my deal with Mr. Redd. Outstanding! Personable! Attentive! Great mileage n planning on Toyota long term reliability. Plenty of power, even for light towing. Very spacious inside. AWD with electric motor is clever n works well. Suspension is great (rough roads feel smooth). But some negatives. We have LE n jumping to next trim levels is expensive unlike Kia. Folding seats are not nearly as smooth as with Chrysler. Also, our old Chrysler van drives like a smooth car but Sienna steers more like a van/truck...not bad per se, but different.

6/19/23 - I found the exact car I was looking for on cars.com, and purchased a RAV4 at Jim Coleman Toyota in Bethesda. Everyone at the dealership was professional, no pressure, and respectful. The sales professional in particular, Mr. Luis Cortes, made the experience very easy and enjoyable! He is extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He guided me through the buying process. And he helped me receive a great price on my trade. He made himself available after the sale to pickup a second car key, and gave me advice on future service. Thank you so much! I love my car!

I recently had my car serviced at Jim Coleman Toyota in Bethesda. Like many people I think, I had not taken my car to a dealer for servicing for quite some time. Instead, I used a smaller private mechanic for services like oil changes and the little things that came up, but had not done much in the way of regular maintenance other than that. Earlier this summer we were going to take the car for a long road trip, and I decided to take my car in for an oil change and a check up to be sure it was safe for a long trip. My service representative, Mark Waters did an excellent job. He explained to me what he felt needed to be done. Essentially it was a 60K mile service, All the fluids were checked and replaced, a new drive belt, checked my tires, new wiper blades, and a number of other regular maintenance things. The car drove great on the trip. The trip included many miles on the highway in the pouring rain. I felt comfortable and safe knowing my car had recently been serviced. Upon my return the air conditioning went out. Mark had the mechanic Kevin Parry inspect it and determined I needed a new compressor. They were able to have the car back for me the next morning. Kevin even fixed a few minor body work adjustments on my front fender and on my driver’s seat electrical controls at no charge. Both times I used them, when I picked up my car it was delight to find that it had also been washed for me. I will certainly continue to use Jim Coleman and won’t hesitate to recommend them to others. Five Stars!

He is courteous, knowledgeable, professional and explained every feature of my new Toyota Camry in great detail. Jeff Wells made sure my purchase price was fair. Saw a car, bought a car; overall a great experience. I did my research on the net and found a few cars I wanted. Most turned out to junk, but theirs was in great condition. Usual stuff from used car dealer: We're losing money at that price, you really want it, your wife likes, etc. But they went down on price anyway. My wife did a great job telling them its not really the color she likes :) What really got them was showing them a "better" car price (even though it didn't have the options nad had repaired damage).

Such a great experience with the overall Toyota team and Aydin, our representative. I shared my criteria and the first car we looked at and test drove, we ended up purchasing. Our 10 week old puppy even enjoyed the experience and I am obsessed with my new car. My husband, a lifetime Toyota owner, is glad I finally got on board.

I recently purchased a 2025 Toyota Tacoma from Toyota Leesburg, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They offered the best price in Northern VA, and Rasim and Aydin made the process smooth and easy. The only suggestion I have is for them to consider upgrading their financing software, as competitors' remote systems seem to save more time. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Excellent customer service. The staff I met were all friendly and helpful. Mohammad and Shaikh took great care of me. The price I received was fair and competitive.

They were the least expensive by $1400. My only complaint is their selection is low. Luckily what they had was fine for my deal. The sales person was friendly.
