It's a very friendly place they do not waste your time. I was in and out in 1 hour with a new truck. What took the longest was to wash it and get it cleaned up. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Great mileage n planning on Toyota long term reliability. Plenty of power, even for light towing. Very spacious inside. AWD with electric motor is clever n works well. Suspension is great (rough roads feel smooth). But some negatives. We have LE n jumping to next trim levels is expensive unlike Kia. Folding seats are not nearly as smooth as with Chrysler. Also, our old Chrysler van drives like a smooth car but Sienna steers more like a van/truck...not bad per se, but different.

I can?t say enough great things about the service team at Sterling McCall Toyota. I?ve brought my 2015 4Runner TRD Pro ? affectionately known as Luna Noir ? here multiple times, and every visit has been nothing short of exceptional. They are responsive, cost-effective, and consistently courteous, going above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is treated with care. From the moment I pull in, I know Luna Noir is in the best hands. The level of attention and professionalism they bring to each service feels more like a VIP experience than a typical dealership visit. If I could give 6 out of 5 stars, I would. Long wait but VERY helpful. Ernest Umana was so patient and very helpful with my questions. He made sure I could call or Cooke back with any questions. The facilities were going through renovations.

I had a really good experience today with Nilson and Flo! This was my first time ever getting a service done with Toyota and the staff and service went above my expectations. The whole process and the staff were very transparent about the cost and maintenance of my vehicle. Additionally every employee that I spoke with from the individual that checked me in for my service to the very end at check out was extremely kind!

I highly recommend going to the dealership and asking for Rommel , he is the best salesperson we have ever had at this location. He listens to your needs and works with you to make sure you get the best deal possible. He is not pushy and help you close the deal. We almost did not return after our last visit but we came back with him and were not dissapointed.

MUST READ ALL: I recently visited several Toyota dealerships within a 10 mile radius of AUTONATION more towards the Lake Jackson area. While shopping around to buy and trade in a vehicle here?s something important I learned: not all Toyota dealerships are the same. They?re individually owned and operated so what one dealership tells you may be completely different just a few miles down the road. That was definitely my experience. AutoNation Toyota was the third dealership I visited and it was by far the best. Right from the moment I walked in the vibe was completely different. I wasn?t bombarded by 5?10 aggressive salespeople like I was at the Toyota dealership in Manvel. Honestly I feel bad for anyone going there without a strong will because the pressure was intense and uncomfortable. At AutoNation I was greeted respectfully and genuinely by Yoail (pronounced Joel) a kind and nonpushy salesperson who helped me right away. He brought in Samuel the manager who was just as considerate and worked with us to approve the numbers we had discussed. And shoutout to Chris in finance (from Chicago!), who made the paperwork process a breeze and actually enjoyable. What stood out the most is that they didn?t pressure me they didn?t try to upsell me on pointless addons and they gave me more for my tradein than the other places had offered.
