Great mileage n planning on Toyota long term reliability. Plenty of power, even for light towing. Very spacious inside. AWD with electric motor is clever n works well. Suspension is great (rough roads feel smooth). But some negatives. We have LE n jumping to next trim levels is expensive unlike Kia. Folding seats are not nearly as smooth as with Chrysler. Also, our old Chrysler van drives like a smooth car but Sienna steers more like a van/truck...not bad per se, but different.

Victor Sanchez kept me informed by text message and phone throughout the process of servicing my car, startung early in the morning. He sent a detailed and transparent invoice that included all necessary repairs and recommendations. I felt that I left my car in excellent hands, and i definitely recommend this service center to all Honda drivers!

My car was stolen and destroyed, and I was left without transportation. This was devastating to me, but I had to keep it moving as life does not wait so, I had to look for new transportation. Discovered my sunroof was leaking badly on a very rainy day, the interior of my car was getting soaked. Not only did they make time to fix it the same day, they let me come early and parked it in their garage until they could get to it. Could not have been better service.

Danny Ulloa was very helpful through the whole buying process & to not hesitate to contact him on any questions that I may have in the future. I plan on stopping by this week so that he can show me how to display driving instructions on the car display.

Service manager Oscar at Koons Arlington Toyota tried to find a way to save me money by replacing just a rearview mirror cover instead of the whole mirror. I dropped off the car on my way to work and picked it up on my way home after getting a pleasant ride from the Ballston Metro station. Kudos to Oscar and his team!

From my first inquiry to the final sale, all of the staff at Miller Toyota were professional and helpful. A small cosmetic defect was noticed on my used certified vehicle and a new part was immediately ordered and installed within a couple of days. The service manager also was helpful and professional.
