I?ve brought my 2015 4Runner TRD Pro ? affectionately known as Luna Noir ? here multiple times, and every visit has been nothing short of exceptional. They are responsive, cost-effective, and consistently courteous, going above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is treated with care. From the moment I pull in, I know Luna Noir is in the best hands. The representative explained the repair needed in layman's term that I was able to understand. I was not pressured to agree with his recommendations but was given a chance to discuss this with my husband before agreeing to get the needed service.

I had a really good experience today with Nilson and Flo! This was my first time ever getting a service done with Toyota and the staff and service went above my expectations. The whole process and the staff were very transparent about the cost and maintenance of my vehicle. Additionally every employee that I spoke with from the individual that checked me in for my service to the very end at check out was extremely kind!
