The sales team was easy to work with. The car was waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. Given the current Corona virus crisis, everyone was wearing face masks and hand sanitizer was everywhere to be found. Everyone was kind, courteous, and patient. The finance team made everything straight forward, and we were able to conclude our business and purchased the car in a very short period of time. I'm very satisfied with our purchase experience, and would recommend this dealership.

Appearance of the Sport TRD is great, so far reliability is great. Fun to drive, my only complaint is lack of an area to place your phone or small items other than the console box. Back seat leg room leaves a little to be desired. Overall great truck. My first Tacoma, prior I had two Tundras, also great trucks

I received a coupon in the mail for a regular oil change. When I brought the car in on the appointment day/time, I was told my wait would be about 2 hrs, and I appreciated knowing up front what the time frame for the oil change would be However, the oil change ( and 25 point inspection) actually took only 1 hour and 15 minutes! Alesha Patel, the service advisor, was friendly and professional. I?ll be using Ira Toyota in Danvers again!

This is the second purchase I made from Bob Waite. That should say it all. He provided me with the necessary information and let me make my own decisions. He was not pushy, he responded right away whenever I reach out to him with any questions. He found what I was looking for at a fair price. I was in and out of the dealer whiten 2 hours. I was visiting my sister-in-law for a few days and was due for an oil change. I also had a slow leak in one of my tires. I dealt with Michael Avella in service who was extremely helpful to me. The service took as long as they estimated and everyone at the dealership was nice. I spent some time speaking with one of the salesman named Gill. We spoke about some of the new redesigns that are coming at the end of the year and start of 2026. Would I buy a new car or have my car serviced there again, absolutely!
