I have bought four cars before. This was by far THEEEEEEEEE best experience I've ever had in my life. I went in to purchase the car we had leased. After running the numbers to convince me, they came up with an idea, return the lease, and use the equity in it plus the payoff to get a 2024 Venza and still owe only 15K on a new car. Now we have a brand new car for retirement.

Did not take long to complete. No hard sell of add ons but what they were expensive and they made it seem like a must have

The dealership makes buying a used vehicle easy. I was able to complete my transaction on-line. Once the purchase agreement was complete, Sheehy held my car until I could pick it up a few days later. The sales and finance staff (Ony and Yousef) were friendly, gave me a virtual tour of the vehicle I was considering, made sure I was able to use the financing I found preferable, and treated me equitably. The general manager (Chris) was a consummate professional and it's obvious he cares about his staff and his customers. The dealership is clean, easy to get to off the highway, and has a cafe with real food and espresso drinks (not just vending machines) - which is a perk if you're waiting for your vehicle. Shawn made sure my time at the dealership picking up my vehicle was without hassle.
