Everything reaping to my vehicle was great. I think the snack bar could be better utilized and a snack machine should be available. As a diabetic, things went south and a panic almost set in.

Appearance of the Sport TRD is great, so far reliability is great. Fun to drive, my only complaint is lack of an area to place your phone or small items other than the console box. Back seat leg room leaves a little to be desired. Overall great truck. My first Tacoma, prior I had two Tundras, also great trucks

Purchasing the used pickup that I wanted was very easy at Rochester Toyota. There was no pressure, and friendly and efficient service. I had to come back a second day (because I wanted to get a certified check from the bank), and the dealership even drove 1/2 hour to my house to pick me up, so I could drive home in the pickup that day. I was visiting my sister-in-law for a few days and was due for an oil change. I also had a slow leak in one of my tires. I dealt with Michael Avella in service who was extremely helpful to me. The service took as long as they estimated and everyone at the dealership was nice. I spent some time speaking with one of the salesman named Gill. We spoke about some of the new redesigns that are coming at the end of the year and start of 2026. Would I buy a new car or have my car serviced there again, absolutely!

Contacted them on a Saturday morning with some questions about an incentive program they were offering. Sales team got right back to me and after some back and forth I was up there by 11:00 to finalize the deal. This is the third vehicle we have bought from them and they are always super professional and not pushy like other dealers in the area. I don’t ever enjoy dropping a bunch of money on a car but their process is pretty stress free. Will be back there in a couple of years to figure out a used vehicle for my kid!
