I saw on Facebook that Toyota of Bowie was getting in the Highlander I was looking for so I contacted them and they weee red able to get me the exact car I was looking for when no one else had them available.

I noticed at this facility there are several familiar faces. Britalla is always pleasant and helpful along with my rep Jose. They both always makes sure my issues and concerns are addressed, that I understand with explanations or pictures and I feel my business is valued.

Mohammed and Anthony are the serviceman I have worked with as of late and they are both very helpful with explaining what is needed and what can wait.

Salesman Steve Pevenstein is very responsive, this is a huge benefit for customers. His video mesaages are fun to watch. But if you want to do an internet deal finalize negotiation remotely, his management insisted I come in to get a final price, so this dealer did not get my business. Another dealer worked out a below MSRP deal and we are doing it all remotely, I only come to the dealer to pick up the car. I bought 2 Toyotas this way already, once from Warrenton Toyota and another from Bill Page.

I dealt with Ali he gave me one of the best quote in the nation! He was so great and professional. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of getting my own financing first and then picking out the car I wanted. I wanted a 2022 Highlander but I couldnt get more money for it from my credit union unless I cancelled the loan I already had and re-applied for a higher loan. I couldnt stomach risking being left with no loan.

Service manager Oscar at Koons Arlington Toyota tried to find a way to save me money by replacing just a rearview mirror cover instead of the whole mirror. I dropped off the car on my way to work and picked it up on my way home after getting a pleasant ride from the Ballston Metro station. Kudos to Oscar and his team!

From my first inquiry to the final sale, all of the staff at Miller Toyota were professional and helpful. A small cosmetic defect was noticed on my used certified vehicle and a new part was immediately ordered and installed within a couple of days. The service manager also was helpful and professional. My salesperson was Aydin Abbasov and he did a wonderful job with everything. I flu out of Syracuse at 6am and arrived in the Washington VA airport (IAD) at 7:35am where Aydin picked me up before the dealership even opened for the day. 6/19/23 - I found the exact car I was looking for on cars.com, and purchased a RAV4 at Jim Coleman Toyota in Bethesda. Everyone at the dealership was professional, no pressure, and respectful. AWESOME experience!!! I traveled a little over two hours from Richmond to Vienna to purchase a new 2025 RAV4 because I couldn’t find it anywhere else in the state.
