Appearance of the Sport TRD is great, so far reliability is great. Fun to drive, my only complaint is lack of an area to place your phone or small items other than the console box. Back seat leg room leaves a little to be desired. Overall great truck. My first Tacoma, prior I had two Tundras, also great trucks

Great overall experience with the folks at Toyota of Merrillville. Mitch in sales was very attentive and patient in my decision making process. Answered all my questions and went above and beyond in making sure I got everything I wanted in my new RAV4! Aaron in finance was also patient with me as I read over the paperwork before signing. Great people to do business with.

I bought a used 4Runner from Rick, was able to find the special color I wanted in the Lunar Rock. Thee experience was very good! Jake took care of me with the extended warrenty.

While I have not purchased a vehicle from this dealership for reasons not having to do with the dealership, I have reached out to them numerous times in the past few years and they have always been very responsive, in particular Dave Sosnowski, in trying to meet my auto needs. They have made good offers on both new vehicles I have expressed an interest in and on trade-in values on my current vehicles as well as provided me with all the information I requested in order to make an informed decision. In short, a very accommodating dealership which it has always been a pleasure to deal with.

This was a big ticket item and I needed all the information necessary to make an "informed decision" Leo & Mostafa were extremely patient including during the negotiation process since I was looking to get "best bang for my buck" Ultimately, I ended up with a price I was willing to say for said Truck.I encourage all individuals looking to purchase a new or used vehicle to check out Continental Toyota! I am very happy to give a 5 star review to Continental Toyota for my recent purchase. My salesman Max kept me updated weekly on the arrival window of my vehicle. He secured the deal with a knowledgeable but very low pressure approach which I greatly appreciated. That isn’t always the case as a female shopping for a car. The paperwork went smoothly with Chris in the finance dept. With so many new features to learn, Max assured me he would always be available to answer questions as they popped up. Great service! I was greeted by Leo at the door, told him I was interested in the RAV4 and he explained the difference between the hybrid versus the regular RAV4. Made a deal, car was ordered and he kept me informed on the status of car before it arrived for pickup. My experience was a very good one.
