I was checked in for scheduled oil and filter change promptly. I was kept apprised of service progress and the multi-point inspection. I was informed when our Toyota was ready for pickup. Pickup was easy and not delayed or dragged out. No repairs were necessary.

Appearance of the Sport TRD is great, so far reliability is great. Fun to drive, my only complaint is lack of an area to place your phone or small items other than the console box. Back seat leg room leaves a little to be desired. Overall great truck. My first Tacoma, prior I had two Tundras, also great trucks

I saw a used car I was interested in on auto trader and decided to take a look at the vehicle in person since I was in the area. I approached the front entrance to the used dealership building and Sam introduced himself. He was very friendly and asked me what I was looking for. He helped me find the car I was looking for and take it for a test drive. Sam was very friendly and courteous. He offered me something to drink and was very concerned that I was comfortable while I waited. He was able to help me negotiate the deal that I wanted. I also worked with Ric in finance who was also great and explained things really well. Over all it was a great experience and I was able to leave with a great certified preowned vehicle.

Christopher Gist is an amazing sales person! I called him on Wednesday, inquired about a particular Tundra. We discussed minor details, the biggest being that I live more than five hours away! He assured me if I wanted the Tundra, I could have it and began working that instant! Not only did I get the truck I wanted, the options I wanted, the financing I wanted, but I also met one of the nicest, most fun salesman I have ever met! I actually had the feeling that me and Chris had been friends for years and he was trying to help me more than anything else! Toyota of Easley had the exact 4Runner I was looking for within a few hundred mile radius of me. Mary Beth immediately called me back to confirm. From there she was very quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. We used email, phone calls and even texts to communicate. Very easy to work with and it was actually a positive experience, even though we were 300 miles away! Recently decided to purchase a new Scion FR-S. I sent emails to all dealers within a 250 mile radius of my house.
