Good oil change appointment. The crew helped me with checking for damage underneath my truck from having run over stuff in the highway. No damage found. I appreciate the extra effort bu the service rep, the manager and the technician.

The new 4th Gen taco. It took some time to grow on me. But the style is much better then other mid size trucks on the market. It's great truck for what you need to do with it. With the massive 14 inch screen all new digital dashboard. New interior seats. Nice wide body shape. And it handles extremely well on the roads. Sure I wish Toyota would have made the rear leg room little wider. And added a step to the bed area. But overall it's a great a truck. The performance of the stock 2.4 turbo charge engine will move the truck.

Appearance of the Sport TRD is great, so far reliability is great. Fun to drive, my only complaint is lack of an area to place your phone or small items other than the console box. Back seat leg room leaves a little to be desired. Overall great truck. My first Tacoma, prior I had two Tundras, also great trucks

Juan Casillas was the best! Our family needed a bigger vehicle and Juan assisted us with a trade in, which to our surprise was valued more than we thought! He found a vehicle that worked for us and was a great price! From the moment we stopped by the dealership to driving off the dealership in our new vehicle, Juan was very professional and catering to our family. The car was ready when promised; service person who checked me in was honest? told me that certain services recommended by another dealer were not necessary.

Serviceman did not introduce himself nor did he go over with me what was done to the vehicle when the work was completed. This was the first time I had this happen.

Had a longer wait time then expected for an oil change because of call outs. They got me a Lyft home and back for free and I really appreciated the consideration of my time. I had the day off and was able to enjoy it at home instead of at the dealership. The service attendant was super nice and friendly, I will definitely be going back for my next service.
