I had an incredible experience at White River Toyota. I worked with Alyssa Bruno and really appreciated how thorough and honest she was regarding helping me narrow down what I was looking for. She explained all the features, answered all my questions, and helped me set up the app connections before leaving the lot. I followed up a few days later with a windshield wiper issue and my vehicle was immediately brought into a bay, wipers fixed, and they removed all the ice and snow from the outside of the car. Strangest car buying experience of my life. Weird vibe from the salesman the moment we walked in, as if it didn’t matter if we there or not. But we got to drive some nice trucks. Found one that we wanted to deal on, only to be told after our test-drive that he couldn’t sell it because of an open recall that couldn’t be fixed. Decided to ask the price on the first truck we drove. Had to give him the keys to our trade before he’d give us the price. Fully expected the price to be out of reach and the trade offer to be low balled. Imagine my surprise when he returned with the truck’s price at 10% lower than the window sticker AND an offer on the trade $3k ABOVE the figure I planned to use when starting negotiations. Needless to say, negotiations were brief! The paperwork was signed and we drove home in a new truck. All in about three hours.

The experience was great. I had specific expectations for my new Toyota and Tyler worked with me to find the vehicle I wanted. All was perfect until I got to the finance department. Was left staring out the window for almost a hour before able to see someone. The $'s they came up with (no additional add ons) were above the original sale price. Quickly corrected when pointed out to the finance person. Highly recommend - just pay attention in the finance department.
