On 07/24/2025, I had a noon appointment with a salesman at Waldorf Toyota. The salesman was very considerate, warm with a friendly personality and professional. I asked him for the cheapest Rav4 possible. Instead, I got a 4WD Rav4 at regular price. Everyone at Waldorf Toyota was extremely nice, friendly and professional. They made the process seemed so easy. I got the vehicle and the deal that I wanted. I love my new vehicle.

My wife and I were both fortunate and delighted to work with Mr. Govinda Ban. He was extremely attentive to our inquiries and concerns, making an extraordinary effort to alert us to a model and price of a car that became available on the lot. He insisted we test drive the car and provided thorough instructions on its features; he never lost patience with us as we asked for repeated demonstrations and explanations. I am happy to recommend him and insisted that he give us his permission to do so. Additionally, the dealership's Financial Service Department was a delight to work with. I purchased my 2017 RAV4 in 2021 as a certified used car with very low mileage from Toyota of Bowie. Everything went very well with financing to fit my budget. Everyone at this dealership has been wonderful. My only issue is the fact that dealership maintenance is way too expensive, even for routine maintenance. There is always something that ?needs? to be done even on regular maintenance on a well-maintained vehicle! Unfortunately, I believe that is the case for all dealerships. I at least appreciate that my car has been well-maintained and the employees are wonderful people who explain things well. The facilities are clean and comfortable (if you have to wait). Since I live nearby, the dealership offers me rides to and from for drop-offs and pick-ups. The shuttle service is great! However, when an Uber is needed, it doesn?t always go as well :(

Beneet was excellent. I had a flat tire and she was able to fit me in that morning for a repair. Repair was fast and efficient. Great service. Wonderful place.

Juan Hernandez was an incredibly transparent and helpful salesman. Although I experienced issues with the manager, Gian, on securing a price for my new vehicle, Juan was professional and ensured a quick and efficient purchase. He answered every question clearly and got us a great price. Also had an excellent experience with finance manager Alex Belhadi. He got us in and out of the finance office in about a half hour and didn't pressure us to order any additional packages. Very happy with my new vehicle and cannot recommend Juan and Alex highly enough!

The dealership makes buying a used vehicle easy. I was able to complete my transaction on-line. Once the purchase agreement was complete, Sheehy held my car until I could pick it up a few days later. The sales and finance staff (Ony and Yousef) were friendly, gave me a virtual tour of the vehicle I was considering, made sure I was able to use the financing I found preferable, and treated me equitably. The general manager (Chris) was a consummate professional and it's obvious he cares about his staff and his customers. The dealership is clean, easy to get to off the highway, and has a cafe with real food and espresso drinks (not just vending machines) - which is a perk if you're waiting for your vehicle. Shawn made sure my time at the dealership picking up my vehicle was without hassle.
