I have been looking for a rav4 for almost 6 months and I called PennToyota and Jerico answered the phone and helped me out purchasing my rav4 xle they mention a wait time of 4-6 months but the manager Eric got it in 2 months thank you PennToyota

I went to this dealer previously to look at a FRS. I met with a salesperson Shana who seemed very genuine a nice. She recommended me a few things I should do before actually purchasing the car. Came back about a year later and there she was and we told her now we was ready to buy. She wasn't pushy with the options, we felt very comfortable speaking with her. She seemed like she really interested in making her customer happy which is awesome. I haven't met with the service dept but the buying process went very smoothly. If anybody I know is looking for a Toyota/Scion, I would definitely recommend speaking with Shana. The dealership's buying process was great.

WELL BEEN TO A FEW TOYOTA DEALER SHIPS AN WAS NOTHING SPECIAL, LIKE WOODSIDE TOYOTA OF WOODSIDE, BROUGH MY FIRST TACOMA TO SERVICE REAR BREAKS AN FRONT,THEY FORGOT TO PUMP BRAKES BEFORE MOVING ,AN IT ROLLED HARD IN WALL AN BENT REAR BUMPER BRACKET ,AN PLAY IT OFF LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED WITH A NICE SCRATCHES ON EDGE OF BUMPER,WELL I HAD TO REPLACE IT TWO BRACELETS MY SELF ,WELL THEY ARE HISTORY IN MY BOOK,HAY THINGS HAPPEN BUT BE TRUE WELL LIKE TOYOTA ! I just purchased my brand new Toyota Camry last week, and let me tell you what an experience! I did my research of dealerships because I've never had a Toyota and Star Toyota was one of the top listings. I submitted an internet inquiry via their website and was contacted within minutes by a woman named Nicolette who works in their internet sales department. She was personable, sweet, and very paitent with me being that I had alot of questions; I really wasen't sure what type of Camry I wanted. She made some great suggestions and also suggested the lease program they had this month. I wound up setting the appointment with her for the following day. When I came in and asked for her she came straight up to the front and greeted me and told me I'd be taken care of asap, and that I'd actually be working directly with her department manager Anthony Cruz. Mr. Cruz was wonderfully helpful and honest and made the whole experience a breeze and not at all a hassle for me. The whole staff there is really a great group, I plan on working with them again when my lease is up!

Never had a bad experience with this place. Must be the competitors leaving the bad reviews, shaking in their boots to the company whose cars and reputation are superior above others. Also, look at other website reviews of this dealership and you'll see they are rated highly. I would advise to do your own due diligence for the vehicle your looking for and your experience will be fun and productive.

Upon first impression I wasn’t sure how this was going to go. There was no receptionist and there was no organization as to who to speak to once I got there. But once I was placed with my sales manager Alex, the experience became a different story. He was helpful, professional, but very real. He didn’t xxxxxxxx, lie, or act like he knew things he didn’t, which I appreciate! Even though I was liking at a used Ford he didn’t try to sell me in something I didn’t want. He just gave his honest opinions and knowledge to help me make my decision. I didn’t buy right away, which was actually encouraged by him, to see the other vehicle I had in mind. Even gave me tips on what to look for when seeing other used vehicles, which was welcomed. After viewing the other vehicle and having the exact opposite experience with a local Ford dealer, I chose to go with car at Toyota of Hackensack even without an CPO certification, simply because I just trusted them more, they were upfront with all the costs. Alex didn’t try to slip anything by me when we sat down for pricing. The price was exactly what I expected to pay given the sticker price. I was assisted with getting a great rate on insurance by the dealership, and the finance guy Steve was just as helpful and easy to work with. They matched a finance rate I was approved for by another bank. Steve didn’t hard sell me on an extended warranty, but explained everything pretty well and gave me time to think and research. Overall I came away with a very good experience and so far, a great car. I would definitely recommend dealing with Alex and Steve at Toyota of Hackensack!

I just bought a 2023 Highlander! Everything about the process was direct, easy and quick. Trish got me the car I wanted and went over in full detail everything about it. She made herself available to me for any questions and concerns. Diego handled the financing and explained everything. I was hesitant because my last experience at another dealer was overwhelming, this was the exact opposite. The whole process made the car buying process so much better. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcomed into the Toyota Family!

We greatly appreciated Jeff Canlas' straightforwardness. We do a great deal of research before purchasing a car and knew what we wanted and the price range we would consider. He was one of very few salespeople who provided us with a detailed breakdown of pricing and who didn't waste our time by promising things he couldn't actually deliver. We have no patience for bait and switch dealers. Jeff stayed in touch, let us know when a particular car in which we had an interest was actually on the lot and even stayed open on New Year's Day to enable us to see the vehicle in person. We asked for some consideration on one small add-on and he made that happen as well. The pricing was right, the trade-in offer was fair and it was a pleasure to work with a person who didn't "play games" but just delivered what was promised. We would recommend Jeff and his dealership.

Took it in for inspection that was due and service . Found out needed brakes had it done which makes it much safer . Thankyou !
