This is the first time I buy a car from a Jack Taylor Toyota dealership, and I had the best experience. Ebo Grant was very professional, patient and thorough. I felt absolutely no pressure and he made sure I had everything, and it was set up before I left. I med was also very helpful in the finance department, and Mike the manager. My first Toyota and I loved handling the team at Jack Taylor in Alexandria first class. Thanks to everyone who helped me, I highly recommend them if you want to buy a car.

Appearance of the Sport TRD is great, so far reliability is great. Fun to drive, my only complaint is lack of an area to place your phone or small items other than the console box. Back seat leg room leaves a little to be desired. Overall great truck. My first Tacoma, prior I had two Tundras, also great trucks

This time around, the maintenance service took under one hour...probably more like 45 minutes. Last time I was there, it took about 2 hours. Much faster this time around.

AWESOME experience!!! I traveled a little over two hours from Richmond to Vienna to purchase a new 2025 RAV4 because I couldn’t find it anywhere else in the state. The ones I located were taking advantage of low inventory levels and over charging the consumer. From my first communication with the internet salesman Muhammad, all the way to driving away in my new vehicle, this was hands down the most enjoyable car buying experience I’ve ever had!! The showroom is beautiful and clean and customer care is FIRST CLASS!!! HIGHLY recommend my salesperson Ahmad Al Faham, and the finance manager Aldo Ismail!! I was treated with respect and courtesy start to finish and I’m looking forward to driving this wonderful vehicle well into the future!! I’ll definitely be back next time I purchase another Toyota!!

My car was stolen and destroyed, and I was left without transportation. This was devastating to me, but I had to keep it moving as life does not wait so, I had to look for new transportation. I ended up at Alexandria Toyota. Never in my life have I met so many nice and wonderful people in one place and never has such a huge process been so easy! The manager, the finance team and all the salespeople were all just top notch, and I am so glad I chose them to help me start a new chapter in my life! Mr. Jose Redd is the employee you want to work with. I had the great fortune of helping my niece get her first car. We had been to other dealerships where we first had to get the attention of a salesperson just to see if we could find a car for her. When we walked into Jim Coleman, Mr. Redd immediately walked up to us, and asked if he could help us. His demeanor indicated to me that this was going to be an outstanding experience. Mr. Redd was attentive. He answered every question from our party of four and at the end of the encounter, it felt like we had made a lifelong friend. When we moved over to finance, I expected to be pressured and we were not Mr. Bienvenue was outstanding and the great customer service experience we had started hours early was extended into the contracting process. I have bought four cars before. This was by far THEEEEEEEEE best experience I've ever had in my life. I wish that I was in the market to buy a car (I'm not because my car is three years old) because I would definitely want to broker my deal with Mr. Redd. Outstanding! Personable! Attentive! 6/19/23 - I found the exact car I was looking for on cars.com, and purchased a RAV4 at Jim Coleman Toyota in Bethesda. Everyone at the dealership was professional, no pressure, and respectful. The sales professional in particular, Mr. Luis Cortes, made the experience very easy and enjoyable! He is extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He guided me through the buying process. And he helped me receive a great price on my trade. He made himself available after the sale to pickup a second car key, and gave me advice on future service. Thank you so much! I love my car!

Service manager Oscar at Koons Arlington Toyota tried to find a way to save me money by replacing just a rearview mirror cover instead of the whole mirror. I dropped off the car on my way to work and picked it up on my way home after getting a pleasant ride from the Ballston Metro station. Kudos to Oscar and his team!

I recently had my car serviced at Jim Coleman Toyota in Bethesda. Like many people I think, I had not taken my car to a dealer for servicing for quite some time. Instead, I used a smaller private mechanic for services like oil changes and the little things that came up, but had not done much in the way of regular maintenance other than that. Earlier this summer we were going to take the car for a long road trip, and I decided to take my car in for an oil change and a check up to be sure it was safe for a long trip. My service representative, Mark Waters did an excellent job. He explained to me what he felt needed to be done. Essentially it was a 60K mile service, All the fluids were checked and replaced, a new drive belt, checked my tires, new wiper blades, and a number of other regular maintenance things. The car drove great on the trip. The trip included many miles on the highway in the pouring rain. I felt comfortable and safe knowing my car had recently been serviced. Upon my return the air conditioning went out. Mark had the mechanic Kevin Parry inspect it and determined I needed a new compressor. They were able to have the car back for me the next morning. Kevin even fixed a few minor body work adjustments on my front fender and on my driver’s seat electrical controls at no charge. Both times I used them, when I picked up my car it was delight to find that it had also been washed for me. I will certainly continue to use Jim Coleman and won’t hesitate to recommend them to others. Five Stars!

My experience with buying a new car was exemplary with Dulane Barnes. Dulane is very kind, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and responsive. I wanted a very specific model, color, and trim level - which was difficult to find in the market. However, Dulane never gave up - he communicated updates at just the right intervals and found my “unicorn”! I absolutely love my new car! Dulane was wonderful! I highly recommend him and this dealership!

The dealership makes buying a used vehicle easy. I was able to complete my transaction on-line. Once the purchase agreement was complete, Sheehy held my car until I could pick it up a few days later. The sales and finance staff (Ony and Yousef) were friendly, gave me a virtual tour of the vehicle I was considering, made sure I was able to use the financing I found preferable, and treated me equitably. The general manager (Chris) was a consummate professional and it's obvious he cares about his staff and his customers. The dealership is clean, easy to get to off the highway, and has a cafe with real food and espresso drinks (not just vending machines) - which is a perk if you're waiting for your vehicle. Shawn made sure my time at the dealership picking up my vehicle was without hassle.
