Appearance of the Sport TRD is great, so far reliability is great. Fun to drive, my only complaint is lack of an area to place your phone or small items other than the console box. Back seat leg room leaves a little to be desired. Overall great truck. My first Tacoma, prior I had two Tundras, also great trucks

Rachel Eisele, Tim O’Connell, and Tyler Stevens were fantastic. My husband and I were shopping for new car and didn’t have a salesperson chosen upfront. She answered all our questions and guided us in purchasing a brand new car as well as helping us understand all the benefits and resources we could take advantage of and in getting a good deal on our old vehicle that were trading in. She was clear that the waiting could take up to 4 months (other dealerships had mentioned the same thing too). But Rachel kept in touch and believe you me, she got us a brand new car in 1 month! Better still, she collaborated with Tim to ensure we had all our questions about a new car answered. Tim took the time to help us get acquainted with the Toyota App. It was a new level of experience to see two salespeople working collaboratively rather than competitively. Tyler at the finance department helped us to seamlessly work through financing and was extremely patient with our two kiddos - 1 year and 3 years old. I couldn’t recommend Bommarito Toyota enough. Went to look at a Rav 4. IT greeted me and asked what options were important to me. He answered my questions and explained everything to me. The financing part was painless. IT set up my phone for me and explained all the features of the car and showed me how they work. I did not feel pressure and the entire experience only took about 2 1/2 hours. I hope that my service experience goes as well.
