Of all dealerships I've ever been to this one was the best! At first I was hesitant because I didn't recognize the name, but toward the end of the deal I was very happy I purchased my car here. The cars are all reasonably priced, and the staff is genuine and very helpful. I was in and out in 30 minutes or less! Definitely coming back for next purchase!!

My 2010 had 317,000 miles when I bought my 2021. I absolutely love the changes that toyota has made. My 2021 is a perfect truck for comfort and reliability.

Stephanie and Michael tag teamed to take great care of my 80 year old parents. They were very comfortable with the entire process, include the finance paperwork process. Mom didn't realize they would be able to drive the car home the same day. Too bad they didn't have a car that met my needs or we would have been buying two the same day. I bought my 2017 in spring of 2020 with 27k miles for $27k. I was specifically looking for a TRD Sport, manual trans. The Tacoma is the only manual trans truck produced anymore. I currently have 80k miles on it now and the blue book still shows it at $23k-$24k. I have not had any issues with it. I have done my own maintenance (oil changes and just recently front brake pads). The 2017 was the last year before they added all the safety stuff with the cruise controls. I'm glad I don't have that stuff. I also have the map system in my factory head unit and don't have to rely on the Apple carplay or Android auto apps. There was some discomfort in the seat. It was easily resolved with items that can be purchased to adjust the seat to your liking. There are a lot of complaints on the power and fuel mileage. Really?? Its a truck. Its not a sports car or compact sedan. Its not going to get the greatest mileage or set land speed records. If you want something that always starts, never leaves you stranded, and you can count on everyday, this is the one. If you want something that you want to spend a bunch of money repairing, you may want to look elsewhere.

Too often you go to a car dealership with feeling like the vultures are descending upon you. When I arrived at the dealership no one came out to hassle me while I was looking. When we were done looking a salesman did approach us. His name was Neal Graham. Neal was warm, friendly and attentive. My father-in -law was with me as he himself had purchased a brand new Toyota just two years ago at this very dealership. He was right to recommend them to me. He would later say " How did you feel about your experience today"? I said " That's a dealership that gets it." Ed Martin Toyota is just simply the best dealership in Indiana. While I am ringing their bell the finance did a remarkable job explaining everything to us. Thanks Sam! There are very few places anymore that can bring you "The A game" in customer service. It is my hope that you visit this dealership so you to can have the experience that my wife, my father-in-law and I had. Thanks again Neal!

In the hills of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia or anywhere there’s a big hill/mountain do not expect engine performance. It’s get up and go is gone!

For the size of motor it's surprisingly powerful. The transmission is smart and performs when needed, use the manual shift when needed. The ride is smooth, the suspension superior on the freeway handling anything I ask of it nicely. Off road it has traction features galore, nothing left for complaints. Best truck I ever owned.

Service advisor was very polite and friendly, explained everything very well. Vehicle was repaired and delivered as promised and I was REMEMBERED from my many prior visits. Service advisor received me into the bay early so I didn't have to wait.

This vehicle met all my work and play needs. It has been comfortable, reliable, and capable. It has plenty of room for family and friends.

Was looking for a mid-size truck to replace a big Chevy Silverado 1500 Z71 and a small 90's model Chevy S-10 pickup. Was interested in the new gen Nissan Frontier but went with the Tacoma. My first ever Tacoma truck. A 2022 SR with the V-6 motor and SX package. Purchased it used with about 9,000 miles on it. Overall I really like the size and style of the vehicle. The previous owner put a leveling kit and wheel spaces on it. As well as 285 AT tires. It has that go anywhere look. And while it has the power, the tranny is lackluster. And it rides like a truck which is good and bad. I've had a lot of compliments on it so it's obvious there are a lot of Taco fans out there. I got it at a fair deal and you just can't beat the reliability factor. Probably won't be my last Tacoma because this one meets or exceeds most all my expectations. Happy camper here!

After 15 years with my previous Tacoma TRD Offroad, I bought the same vehicle to replace it. I really wasn't ready to replace it but the 24's don't excite me with the 4 cylinder turbo and I figured the longer I wait, the harder it would be to find a discontinued 6 cylinder in new condition. I got lucky and found a 3 month old 23 with 1,400 miles on it. I think Toyota screwed up with the 24 models, they cheapened them in many ways, crap engine, thinner frame, less underbody protection. Basically, they made them for people who don't want or need a truck but like the image.

Great little truck. will pretty much do all you need. Although comfort and engine are very lackluster. If you're tall, 6' and up. Buy the seat jackers you will need them. Autostart is very clunky as the engine shuts off when you open the door (so basically the same wear and tear as AutoStart/stop). the toyota app is not even on the table if you don't pay the subscription.

This is my 3rd Toyota truck 2022 (5th Toyota) I’ve only had this for a week and so far I’m loving the way it drives. All the plastic on interior, not so much. It looks okay but feel cheap. My biggest complaint so far is the all the cup holders are a tad to small for my water bottle, which I take everywhere I go and the color options in the model I wanted. I may have to ask my grandson to trade me back for my 2002 model or perhaps trade up when the new one comes out… we’ll see

I was in the market for a small truck. I've owned lots of Hondas over the years with great success but I didn't like the way the Ridgeline looked. I knew Tacomas were known for reliability and resale value. I bought the off road model and so far, so good after a year and a half. I paid stcker price when they were selling for 2 or 3k over MSRP. It's probably still worth as much as I paid.

Remote connect is cool. But it does not reporting your windows are open. Secondly if the car has started remotely and you open the doors. Car shuts off. They say it’s a safety feature. It’s not because I’m 2024 models that problem is not present

We were greeted and waited just a few minutes for Steven to come and himself. He was very nice but not overbearing or pushy. He already knew what car I came to test drive. He was able to answer questions about the vehicle and was very knowledgeable about cars in general.

Great experience so far with the Tacoma. Have loved the ride and comfort it provides, with the only negative so far being some of the quality of the interior isn’t the greatest. The door panels specifically are loose feeling on the handles, seems cheap for a $55k truck.

As a long time Ford truck owner I became disappointed in the direction they were headed along with some reliability issues going into 2024. Hello Tacoma. But after pricing out the 2024 Tacoma 4x4 the way I wanted it and adding in dealer markup with the wait time I decided to explore the 2023. I cast a wide net and found exactly what I wanted in a full loaded 2023 Tacoma 4x4 Sport in RED owned by St Cloud Toyota dealership in Minnasota. Purchased thru Waite Park Auto & Sport with Travis and Mitch handling the sale to me. By FAR the BEST automobile purchase experience to date. I have bought and sold over 40 vehicles since 1972. They both exceeded my every expectation. I flew NY to MN and drove the truck back 1400 miles to Rowe MA. What a great truck and I expect it to deliver the solid reputation as the best selling and most reliable mid size truck 14 years running. Love the 3.5 six engine, the ability to manually shift and the overall solid feel on the highway or dirt country roads. Looks like I'm a Toyota Tacoma fan member. Jacob was easy to work with, not high pressure and if you've met him in person you'll easily see he's very toned down. I would say that if you do plan on buying a vehicle, get there early or during their non-peak time then you can get in and out in an hour. Not as fast as I've seen others work, but faster than several. The manager was nice, didn't follow me outside to pressure me to buy a vehicle on my initial visit. Even though the car was 'as-is' they did make sure that it went out the door correct and didn't just say you're on your own if you experience anything during the test-drive. They did want to make it right.

I have 89,000 miles on my 2017 Tacoma SR. It has been a great truck except for a couple small issues and one larger issue. The big problem started 3 months ago when the AC compressor started seizing up. Took it to the Toyota dealer for service. I have been waiting on an OEM compressor for over 3 months. Unable to get one even though I had to pay $1000.00 dollars up front to the dealer before they would order it.
