I initially was looking at a conventional gas '24 Tacoma TRD Offroad with the $4400. level TRD package. After driving this model, this one came home instead! The truck has better acceleration, the battery kicks in at 30mph or less and it's knocking down almost 23mpg with 1900 miles on it so far. The higher options one (approx $8500) on this Tacoma, comes with acoustical glass making it quieter on the inside than the lower TRD option equipped truck I initially looked at. The seats are comfortable, the 360 camera view, and speaking of cameras, this one has one for the rear view mirror! No more looking at the rear seat headrests in the view. Buy this truck, it's a mid-size with the high-end full-size truck goodies that'll fit in parking spaces.

Brought out 4runner in for an oil change. This was our first visit. Bryan Womack, Service Advisor, greeted me like I've been a customer all along; making me feel very welcome to be there. I came late in the day & scheduled an appt for 0700 the next morning. When I arrived, was able to pull right in @ 0700. Bryan was quick to check me in and explain details. I decided to not wait & go home for a cup of java. Approx 1 hr later, Bryan called & said it was ready. Sebastian w/ service inspected 4runner along with a video. There was only 1 thing up & coming which needed attn in the near future. Oil change completed, great service, friendly and explained everything. We will be back. Thank you for making bringing in my vehicle painless. Thank you for explaining everything from beginning to end. You guys are awesome! Would recommend!

Richie the mechanic is the best! He took the time to figure out what the problem of my car was! Oil change and changing the damage wire within 1 hour and half amazing !! Other dodge dealership took 3-6 hours to tell me they couldn’t find anything wrong. Definitely recommend him !!!

I just purchased my second vehicle from Bryan Easler Toyota and it was just as smooth and transparent as my Tundra a couple of years ago! I sourced and purchased a new RAV4 for my daughter that had exactly the options she wanted and priced accordingly! I drove from Charleston and everything was ready for signatures and delivery was very expeditious. Kevin Bertilacci was the most helpful in picking out my new 2025 RAV4. He contacted me in the morning and stayed in Touch answering any questions I had throughout the day until I got to the dealership later in the evening. He was prepared and had the vehicles I wanted to look at pulled down and ready for me to drive and look at. Then he worked up what payments would be for both vehicles so I could see it side by side and compare. Once decided he made the process flawless. The whole interaction once I got to the dealership lasted almost an hour and the entire place was so very professional up to and including the finance man I worked with. I would recommend anyone looking to buy new to head straight to Toyota of Boardman and ask for Kevin!!!

I bought a 2024 Toyota Highland in May(ish) of 2024. The 2nd day I had it the check engine light came on due to a brake malfunction (I can't remember the exact code, but something similar). I took it in to get looked at, but the light had gone out by the time my appointment and they looked it over and couldn't recreate the problem, so off I went. About a week later it came back on, so I immediately took it to the shop. They gave me a rental while they had my car. They figured it was the catalytic converter so they replaced it. Got my car back and about a week later the light came back on. Took it back in and they gave me another rental - Thought it was the software update. About another week later it came back on, they gave me another rental -this time a little over a week and discovered the catalytic converter they originally replaced was bad. So far, so good. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it's fixed. But, the service department has been great to work with through this experience.

Kevin Nguyen was pleasant, considerate, and very, very knowledgable about the Prius we purchased. It was extremely important to him that I (the primary person to drive the Prius) felt comfortable with the car, explaining as much as my brain could take in at one time. He not only sent me a tutorial but offered to help me in person at any time in the future. Mr. Reilly did his best to make us feel comfortable and was clear about our options for extra purchases. The finance manager (Nathan Casillas, I believe) did his job well, meaning he was quick and efficient and did everything possible to convince us to buy a warrantee. That was exhausting.
