Used 2024 Toyota Tundra SR5 trucks for sale near Lucas, TX

This is our third Outback from Subaru of Jacksonville. Each person that we worked with beginning with Jerry, Bob, Daniel, Mini, Ryan, and Mark were all very professional and courteous. Throughout our experience, we were also treated in a patient and timely manner. All of our exhanges were completed in an excellent efficient manner and all questions were answered in a professional and knowledgeable fashion. This is my fifth tundra and it is by far the most comfortable and best driving one yet! I love all the new safety features and small changes they’ve made like the easy to drop Tailgate. But by far the best part of this most recent buying experience was the dealership. 802 Toyota was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new car. Friendly and knowledgeable and reliable, just the best!

Took a little longer than I expected but everything turned out okay in the end. Car seems to run noticeably better. Employees were very helpful.

Although I love this vehicle, I am a bit put out with Toyota in general, because of the lack of fobs, and I have been talking to everyone at the dealership and with Toyota corporate office, and there has been no answer as to why I cannot get the second fob which I am entitled to. I spent enough money on this vehicle so in theory, I should have everything in place including two fobs. Is anyone else in experiencing this issue? I am reading that the supply chain on this item has open back up, but when I go to the dealership and give them my Vin number, they don’t even have it on the recall, which is what you have to have. Apparently this week will be under to even anticipate receiving your Second fob. All I can say is, shame on you, Toyota!

Love everything about it so far! I got the 2024 Platinum in Lunar Rock color. The interior leather is actually charcoal color (not black) with blue stitching and blue interior lighting throughout. Looks amazing! The sunroof is enormous, larger than the one in my outgoing 2018 Volvo XC90. I really like The JBL sound system also. Overall extremely happy with my new rig!

Modern Toyota on Peters Crk Pkwy is truly awesome. I have had quite a few services done there and my last one March 1 was no different. Reno Voss and team were super friendly, professional, honest, and kept me updated on several large issues needing to be done to my 2017 Tacoma...It now runs like a new one and was done in such a timely manner...I recommend this family owned business to EVERYONE!!! My service advisor had such a great attitude with welcoming me in and smiling as he assured he would make sure my experience was going to be great. And it was thx to him. It was refreshing to have a service employee appear to love his job, or he pretending really well. Either way it was appreciated. A great attitude goes a long way!

Excellent experience the dealership was quick to service my vehicle. The restrooms were really clean and provided complimentary snacks. I would bring my car back for next service appointment.

I had a very positive experience with Gilbert. He was personable, attentive and helpful. He answered all my questions and listened to my concerns and what was important to me. We did a test drive and pointed out features that I was interested in. The pricing was very transparent and he pointed out things like the EV rebates that would help me in bringing down the cost of the lease. Alexis was also very friendly and helpful and processing paperwork. This is my first time being at a Honda dealership. I felt very cared for and well take care of. I had a very positive experience. I feel Honda will be the brand that keeps me as a life long customer.

It was a positive experience. I got to drive several vehicles and decided on the Trax because it had more of the features I wanted. The process was smooth and I was out and done in a couple of hours.

Everything went well with the buying process until after signing all the documents and paying down payment. After 2+ hours cooling my jets to get the vehicle out of detailing my frustration mounted. Yes I push a little to hurry up the process because I needed to go to Flagstaff, but there was only 1 person in the detail shop. (20 Salesmen standing around?maybe helping out in detail could have gotten a ?5?). Love my truck didn?t like the detailing experience plus it was not done very well.
