Just bought a 2021 Highlander from Mountain States Toyota, and I couldn’t be happier...unless maybe it came with a lifetime supply of snacks in the glove box. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and (dare I say it?) actually enjoyable. Quin and Steve were the dynamic duo I didn’t know I needed, super helpful, low pressure, and they somehow managed to get me excited about floor mats. I also had a chance to meet Patrick, the manager, who popped in like a friendly boss in a sitcom. Supportive, laid back, and clearly runs a tight ship. Trey in finance made signing paperwork way less painful than expected. No pressure, no surprise add-ons, and only a few pens mysteriously disappeared during the process (I’m watching you, Trey). All in all, great people, great service, and a great car. Highly recommend Mountain States Toyota. Cori was incredible. She was engaging, caring, patient and thorough. This is my 4th Volvo and she showed me more features and 'how too' then I have ever been shown on any previous Volvo. She also connected with us personally and was genuinely interested and caring in who we are and what was important to us. She also worked very well with the Sales manager as a team, and they both were efficient with time and helpful.

The dealership was not able to find the specific car and accessory packages I wanted, but the salesman, Gio, did an excellent job searching their network for vehicles and keeping me informed. I will definitely give them the opportunity to sell me my next new car. Highly recommended. I've taken two of my previous Toyotas to this Greeley dealership for service since 2010, even though it is an hour and a half drive each way. I will continue with my new 2025 Toyota.
