This dealership was very thorough in repairing what I needed fixed. They also pointed out some items I need to address in the near future.

Totally brand new truck from Toyota, built from the ground up. New design. No more V8, which is a mistake by Toyota. New 3.4L V6 TWIN-TURBOS has very good power. 10 spd drive-train, DOHC. Rear window is a power window. Good seating comfort & lots of room for 5 people. My purchase is a 2025 TUNDRA SR5 CREWMAX 4X4 3.4L V6 TWIN-TURBO.

Bommarito Toyota from start to finish was an excellent experience. Tim o’Connell was also excellent. No pressure and answered every question honestly which was a pleasant change from other dealerships. I forgot the name of the finance person but he was also top notch. He took his time explaining all finance options and left the decisions up to us without pressuring to any particular lender. If you’re interested in buying a car Bommarito Toyota is definitely the place to go. You will not leave this dealership with buyers remorse.

Barry Brash was the absolute best person to work with! Very nice and knowledgeable without being pushy. Helped me find the automobile that I wanted and always kept me in the loop!

I am giving them a 4 star even though I wanted to give 5 because: 1. I asked them to match a price that I found elsewhere, and they did it within five minutes! 2. They were very responsive to phone calls, texts, and emails 3. The pick up process was smooth, painless, and easy. 4. They took time to explain the features of vehicle and help me get connected to my vehicle. 5. They offer free delivery within 100 radius!!! (WOW) Now for my issues: 6. I paid with a personal check, and they verified funds, but would not give me the title or a receipt showing paid in full. (technically they still own my vehicle, even though I paid them, not my fault if they don't cash right away or use electronic checks in 2025). 7. Some verbiage needs better clarification such as leather seats vs Softex and what actually is on your vehicle. (to date I am still a bit confused because the seats feel like synthetic, which is not what I want). 8. One of the documents says my vehicle is a Landcruiser 1958 and others do not. again confusing. Overall.....this dealership and the sales team are awesome, and I will both recommend them....and deal with them again. I just hope they will work on communicating certain things better in future.

Rachel Eisele, Tim O’Connell, and Tyler Stevens were fantastic. My husband and I were shopping for new car and didn’t have a salesperson chosen upfront. We walked into Bommarito Toyota and were immediately connected with Rachel. Rachel was friendly , professional, and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and guided us in purchasing a brand new car as well as helping us understand all the benefits and resources we could take advantage of and in getting a good deal on our old vehicle that were trading in. She was clear that the waiting could take up to 4 months (other dealerships had mentioned the same thing too). But Rachel kept in touch and believe you me, she got us a brand new car in 1 month! Better still, she collaborated with Tim to ensure we had all our questions about a new car answered. My experience with this dealership has been the best I have had To date. They went far above any other dealership that I’ve purchased vehicles from. My salesman Bob Halliday was phenomenal, he got me more for my trade and I had one issue with the vehicle that I wanted fixed . Bob got that issue taken care of while I was going through the finance part of the process and even transferred my property over to my new to me vehicle. The finance team got me a great interest rate and worked hard to get the extended warranty and gap insurance I wanted and got it within the amount I budgeted for this purchase. All in all it was pleasurable and I will look to Pappas Toyota on my next vehicle purchase.

What an amazing experience I had dealing with Pappas Toyota, from the start to the finish. Dave Dubois was a outstanding! First he helped in answering every question on the new Hybrid Tacomas, even when information was slowly releasing upon first announcement. He then helped lead me through the process of securing a place in the waiting process. While waiting for the trucks release he quickly and attentively answered all my questions. Once one arrived he walked me through the process even staying after his shift. Dave is truly an employee who loves what he does and cares for his customers. Even going above and beyond his job description to seek out answers that didn’t relate to selling the vehicle. Brett Bales was another outstanding employee who explained and led me through the warranties and sales. He even went on my behalf to talk to other departments about after marked parts. These two truly made the experience a pleasure and one I will recommend to many in the years to come
