I stopped in to see Devon and had an appointment actually set up for Dec 28 but actually got in to see him earlier last Saturday on Dec 21. I wanted to check out the 2020 Alfa Romeo TI they had on the lot because two weeks prior I got into an accident with my Alfa Romeo and hit a deer on the highway. So my car was totaled and dealing with the loss of my car and trying to get back into another Alfa Romeo. Devon was absolutely amazing, kind, compassion and was all about getting me into that Alfa Romeo that had on the lot. After finding a used car listed on cars.com I ran right over to the Littleton dealership to check it out. The car had just been received at the dealership and needed to go through the Toyota check. I met with two salesmen during the course of a week, Jon M and Richard G. Both went over and above when assisting me with the vehicle even at closing time. I would recommend them for your car purchasing needs.

What a positive experience from beginning to end. I never did business with ActonToyota previously. I was in the market for a used vehicle and Ron a very talented and knowledgeable sales person reached out to me and helped me identify exactly what vehicle I needed and gave me great suggestions and options. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle that I identified and worked with me to get the best price possible. It was a used car and he introduced me to Jeff The manager overseeing that department. My wife and I were looking to purchase two new SUVs. We were greeted warmly by Almando. He was attentive and walked us through the process of leasing both new vehicles. The only disappointment to me was the low trade I received for my low mileage 2019 Ford Edge, especially after what I saw on their site what they were asking for my Edge. Lesson learned on my part to ask for a higher trade next time.
