Started on-line. Did a lot of research, visited the website many times before speaking with someone. Beth was great to work with. Very efficient, asked the right questions, then went to work. Found the car that met all of my needs AND wants. She kept me informed of progress of delivery, and even escorted me to the dealership from the Park-n-Ride where I was dropped by the bus. Saturday, so they were busy & detailing took longer than expected, but overall excellent experience.

Totally brand new truck from Toyota, built from the ground up. New design. No more V8, which is a mistake by Toyota. New 3.4L V6 TWIN-TURBOS has very good power. 10 spd drive-train, DOHC. Rear window is a power window. Good seating comfort & lots of room for 5 people. My purchase is a 2025 TUNDRA SR5 CREWMAX 4X4 3.4L V6 TWIN-TURBO.

Stapp Interstate Toyota is a family owned dealership. That may be why my salesperson, Grant Moreno, took so much time with me and made sure I got the car and deal I wanted. He was very patient and answered the thousands of questions I had. This dealership took great care of me. Angel Villa was my salesman and got me exactly what I wanted and more. Started process with internet sales. After a vehicle was decided upon worked with Juan in person for test drive and vehicle delivery. 5 stars for Juan and the rest of the sales group. 4 stars for the dealership as I have only had dealing with sales. Rating for service dept and parts has yet to be determined.
