Aleks was a great sales person to deal with. He handled all the paperwork, so I only dealt with one person. He was very patient and helpful, even though I had two kids under three with me.

Truly a positive experience. One sales person and sales @ MSRP. Without ridiculous dealer add on's. I was given the price (Maroney label) of the vehicle and that was exactly what I paid. After market products were offered but not demanded, no pressure. My sales person was professional and respectable. I already wrote a review in Yelp but if you missed that I recommend that you ask for Salesman Ron Rockey and you'll find a great car and have an excellent experience! He'll take time with you if needed ...even days if you require. Ron has vast experience, understands People as well as Cars which really works to our benefit! We'll be back at "Right" for future purchases. Incidentally, being from WA State was no problem. I easily shipped my car home with "Right's and Ron's" help! (haha) And finally ....a shoutout to Management for hiring many great staff and running a High Class operation!

Started looking for a 2023 Highlander hybrid eight months ago. Tried every single Toyota dealer in the Phoenix area. Only Tommy at Avondale would sell a car at MSRP. We gave him a $500 fully refundable deposit, told him exactly what we wanted, and he stayed with us. Finally our car came through, and the transaction was the smoothest I have ever experienced with a dealer. Fast, efficient, and completely honest. We didn't see anybody but Tommy. He handled everything. Four weeks ago he gave me an oral indication of what our 2019 Highlander would be worth in trade, subject to inspection. He gave us the higher end of what all the bluebooks said the car was worth in trade, and THOUSANDS more than Tempe Toyota offered. And he honored the price when he saw the car for the first time when we consummated the transaction. My wife drives nothing but Toyotas and we will never buy one from anybody but this dealer and this man.

Price was fair but they did not include the title and taxes in the listing price which would have been helpful. Also, they tried to charge me $1,200 for spiffing up the car but when I took it to my shop, they found that the air filter was filthy. They had said they changed it.

We worked with Tommy Severado. He was professional and straightforward. I Never felt pressured or manipulated. Tommy was extremely knowledgeable and wonderful at providing updates as we awaited the arrival of our car.

Eddie went the extra step and called a former coworker at Honda Chandler. He connected me with Rodney at Honda Chandler who helped me find the exact vehicle we wanted. We were so pleased by the experience and truly appreciate Eddie?s transparency and willingness to satisfy us as customers even though he did not benefit from the sale.
