I recently drove 3 hours to purchase a toyota tundra for our lawn care company. From start to finish the team at Elite were professional, prompt, and polite. I almost had the car shipped, and i am glad that i took the trip to meet Jose, Argenis, Ben, and Edwin. They treated me like family. I spoke with Jose and Argenis for a couple of hours and i will definitely be back to make my next purchase with them! They even personally texted me to make sure i made it home safe. I have bought over 20 vehicles in the past 8 years and today's purchase was by far the best experience i have ever had while buying a vehicle.

Unfortunately, I made the mistake of getting my own financing first and then picking out the car I wanted. I wanted a 2022 Highlander but I couldnt get more money for it from my credit union unless I cancelled the loan I already had and re-applied for a higher loan. I couldnt stomach risking being left with no loan.

I was a long time Chevy truck guy but decided to get a new 2021 Tundra primarily due to the bulletin proof drivetrain reputation. Got it right as the COVID thing was getting rolling, just dumb luck. The good and bad of the drivetrain is that it is a 13 year old design but with constant improvements. The gas mileage isn’t great but are you buying a full sized truck because you’re trying to save on gas? The power has impressed me since day one and the handling is great. The durability is beyond belief. Without going into a ton of detail, after a long day of hunting I was tired and probably should have let my son drive. I misjudged an automated tollbooth entrance and caught the safety curb going a little too fast. Both right side tires got destroyed from impact with the curb and I thought that I was going to have significant suspension damage. I replaced the 2 tires and it was like nothing ever happened! That was a few thousand miles ago and not even the hint of a problem, alignment is perfect and straight. Best truck I’ve ever owned!

We bought our 2017 SR5 5.7L Flex Fuel double cab new. 8 years later only one front turn signal bulb has gone out 😂. In 2023 we took a 3 month 10 National Park vacation towing our beloved Airstream 10,000 miles round trip. (I changed the oul on the road myself) There was no desert, no mountain no stretch of highway that the Tundra could not make. It laughed at every road we took. This truck has been off the chart amazingly dependable.

I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I highly recommend this carmax.

I purchased a 2022 Tundra SR5 with the TRD off road package. BEST truck ever! Great power and gas mileage (22.5) on the highway. I just went over 52k miles and have loved every mile!

This is my fifth tundra and it is by far the most comfortable and best driving one yet! I love all the new safety features and small changes they’ve made like the easy to drop Tailgate. But by far the best part of this most recent buying experience was the dealership. 802 Toyota was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new car. Friendly and knowledgeable and reliable, just the best!

I love the Toyota Tundra, back in 2002, I was looking for a Tundra 4-dr, yet I was advised by the dealership that they would not be out until 2018, which was a lie, so I bought a 2003 extend cab. It served me well up to 2021, when a careless driver rammed me from behind while stopped in traffic at over 100 MPH totaling my truck, the truck saved my wife and I live that day. I bought a 2016 Tacoma in super white, yet after 2 years of ownership the paint is peeling and found this to be a problem with faulty work at one paint shop, they were using. I am waiting for Toyota to correct the problem, before getting another, White works best out here in AZ.

Had a great experience working with salesman Jonathan Molina and the finance team. Koons offered the best price and made sure I received a competitive rate. They also didn’t add in any ridiculous fees (I explicitly said no maintenance package at the beginning and they respected that).

So far, an excellent experience. Just shy of 500 miles, and everything is as expected or better. This is my 5th Tundra and ranks in the top 2. Better gas milage, more power. Wonderful additional storage, with the rear under seat storage and ability to store items behind the seat. This was a key reason for going with the non-hybrid engine. Had the hybrid mileage been better, I may have chosen the hybrid and lived without the storage. Sleek styling and an improved ride with the new rear suspension. I am very pleased with this truck.

The dealership makes buying a used vehicle easy. I was able to complete my transaction on-line. Once the purchase agreement was complete, Sheehy held my car until I could pick it up a few days later. The sales and finance staff (Ony and Yousef) were friendly, gave me a virtual tour of the vehicle I was considering, made sure I was able to use the financing I found preferable, and treated me equitably. The general manager (Chris) was a consummate professional and it's obvious he cares about his staff and his customers. The dealership is clean, easy to get to off the highway, and has a cafe with real food and espresso drinks (not just vending machines) - which is a perk if you're waiting for your vehicle. Shawn made sure my time at the dealership picking up my vehicle was without hassle.

Totally brand new truck from Toyota, built from the ground up. New design. No more V8, which is a mistake by Toyota. New 3.4L V6 TWIN-TURBOS has very good power. 10 spd drive-train, DOHC. Rear window is a power window. Good seating comfort & lots of room for 5 people. My purchase is a 2025 TUNDRA SR5 CREWMAX 4X4 3.4L V6 TWIN-TURBO.

This is my second time at this dealership. I can honestly say I have never had a better experience. I told Bryan what I wanted, he had it prepped and ready before I arrived, and pricing was fair and transparent. The whole process took me less than 2 hours, which made my week!

Although I love this vehicle, I am a bit put out with Toyota in general, because of the lack of fobs, and I have been talking to everyone at the dealership and with Toyota corporate office, and there has been no answer as to why I cannot get the second fob which I am entitled to. I spent enough money on this vehicle so in theory, I should have everything in place including two fobs. Is anyone else in experiencing this issue? I am reading that the supply chain on this item has open back up, but when I go to the dealership and give them my Vin number, they don’t even have it on the recall, which is what you have to have. Apparently this week will be under to even anticipate receiving your Second fob. All I can say is, shame on you, Toyota!

Runs well nice ride i have the 1794 edition and it is the best truck i have owned. my favorite is driving it on road and off it handles well and i feel secure.

I love my Tundra which I have owned for 12 years and over 100,000 miles (now at 155,000 +). I just spent $2650 to get the frame repaired from corrosion. The area just forward of the leaf spring mounting has a plate mounted on the inside with rivets holding it to the main portion of the frame. This creates a space where water can remain and cause corrosion. My truck is babied and garage kept and still suffered this issue. I am an engineer and consider this issue a design problem. Toyoto should be ashamed of themselves. When I contacted them they refused to help because 10 years ago they recalled the truck, inspected it and recoated the problem areas. They should have advised owners to check, clean up and recoat this area yearly.

My dad bought this truck brand new off the lot in May of 2003. I grew up in this truck, learned how to drive in this truck and when I turned 18 was gifted the keys. By the time she was mine she was already an older girl but she sure didn't act like it. Healthy power, speed, torque and reliability you'd expect in a first gen tundra. She could haul pretty much anything within reason. I have still to this day never found a more comfortable drivers seat in any truck. To my shock she never broke down, never had any issues and kept on truckin' along. After the 300k mile mark I was sure something would go wrong with her due to her age but she thrived. I eventually lost her to a head on collision, broke the frame and crushed the front and even then her million mile engine still purred. When the paramedics showed up they informed me if I was in any other vehicle I would've been dead. I walked away from that accident without a scratch. She took the bullet for me and left such a strong impression on me. The best vehicle money can buy. I couldn't recommend them enough. I am actively hunting the market to find me another one because they are just that good!

Toyota might be behind on tech, but they’re reliable and for a work truck that’s all I need. Yeah it’s bad on fuel, yeah it’s not buttery smooth ride quality. However, all I need is for it to start in the morning and get me to all my job sites carrying a load of people and all my gear. Perfect vehicle!

Love the new styling inside and out. I am getting just over 18mpg in mostly city driving. I have owned this truck for just over two months and would definitely but it again today and from the same dealer.

Although I experienced issues with the manager, Gian, on securing a price for my new vehicle, Juan was professional and ensured a quick and efficient purchase. He answered every question clearly and got us a great price. Also had an excellent experience with finance manager Alex Belhadi. He got us in and out of the finance office in about a half hour and didn't pressure us to order any additional packages. Very happy with my new vehicle and cannot recommend Juan and Alex highly enough!

Its new it has 700 miles on it. The gas milage is improving and it drives like a dream. Knock on wood thus far no issues. It is a more recent build 4/22 so maybe some of the bugs have been worked out. it drives like a car.

My experience was Absolutely Wonderful!!!! I've never been to a dealership that was so welcoming. The staff was very pleasant, courteous and respectful. They made you feel like you belonged there and they appreciate your business. Even though it was a lengthy process, good communication, conversation and attention made the time fly by. The Tundra has been a great truck. I currently have 162K miles, and it runs great. I maintain the vehicle exactly as per factory recommendations, and Toyota of Lancaster (CA) does all my maintenance. The only problem is the cheap two-piece OEM lug nuts that Toyota builds the truck with. The lug nuts appear to be nice, big, shiny, solid, heavy-duty lug nuts; however, they are actually comprised of a small, unattractive core (the actual lug nut) to which Toyota adds a nice big shiny-bright 'chrome' cheap sheet metal cover (the fake "heavy-duty" lug nut). At approx. 150K miles, the cheap sheet metal cover - having been beaten up by the Toyota Service Dept torque wrenches every 5K when I have the tire/wheels rotated - are battered at the corners and won't accept a standard socket. The Toyota of Lancaster (CA) Service Dept then told me that they could not rotate my wheels/tires because the "lug nuts are swollen" and they cannot remove/replace the lug nuts. When - in disbelief - I stated that I doubted that was the case and asked what could possibly cause lug nuts to "swell", the service rep told me (with a straight face) that sun, water, dirt, mileage, etc., all contribute to lug nut "swelling." I then stated that if my lug nuts are damaged, then Toyota's Service Dept and their careless use of impact wrenches are to blame as they are the only ones removing/replacing the wheels/tires. When I asked how much to replace the "swollen lug nuts", I was quoted "$492.50". I refused to pay that ridiculous sum and left the dealership. I then checked online and found that the OEM lug nuts that Toyota (along with Ford and Chevy) build their trucks with are the cheap, two-piece lug nuts that easily get beaten up by impact wrenches "battering" the corners. I found that I could purchase a new 'OEM' after-market set of the two-piece lug nuts online for around $31, but I decided to purchase a quality set of solid lug nuts for $105, along with a set of 'flip sockets' to use to wrench-off (using a breaker bar, and not an impact wrench) damaged nuts without rounding-off the corners. I removed (and retained, hopefully as evidence for a class action suit against Toyota and Toyota dealers) the battered OEM lug nuts and replaced them with the new solid, one-piece lug nuts and hand-torqued them to 97 ft-lbs. Think about it - Toyota sells millions of trucks and if they all end up with "swollen" lug nuts at around 150K miles (assuming wheel/tire rotations at 5K intervals), then Toyota and the Toyota dealers end up making millions of dollars by replacing a set of twenty cheap, two-piece lug nuts with another set of twenty cheap, two-piece lug nuts, at $492.50 a pop!!! So while my Tundra has otherwise been (and remains) a great truck, Toyota's use of cheap, two-piece junk OEM lug nuts combined with Toyota dealerships charging $492.50 to R&R the OEM set with another cheap OEM set, has left me pissed off at Toyota and Toyota of Lancaster (CA).
