This is my fifth tundra and it is by far the most comfortable and best driving one yet! I love all the new safety features and small changes they’ve made like the easy to drop Tailgate. But by far the best part of this most recent buying experience was the dealership. 802 Toyota was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new car. Friendly and knowledgeable and reliable, just the best!

Smooth and easy experiencing buying used tundra. Came from out of state and did not feel or rushed into making a purchase. Madison took the time to help get a few extra things that were missing on the truck and got it to us quickly.

I love my Tundra my only complaint is the stereo system it’s supposed to be upgraded JBL but sound is very weak they should look at Addis Bose to their trucks I’d pay extra for that.

Back in early July 2024 I visited Findlay Henderson Nissan in search of a Nissan Rogue. My intial experience wasn't the best, however, a manager followed up, called me, listened to my issue, apologized for my experience and invited to returen to view more Rogues. When I returned, Stephanie and other staff were very understanding and accommodating. They compared and offered several financing options, and helped me find he right used Rogue for me. I’ve had no issues with the truck. The interior is nice. Good sound system and comfortable seats. The gas mileage isn’t too bad in my experience. I’m at and average of 17mpg and I drive it in an area with heavy traffic.

My past experiences with ford dealer ships had never been good but last week I went to ford country in Henderson and I had such an amazing experience. The car sales rep Marvin made our experience amazing. He was very personable, patient and helpful. He helped us find just what we were looking and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Great truck! Superior power sleek design. Gas mileage is no where near as advertised 17 mpg they say 23 complete lie. Love the laptop interior design is great.

I had the most incredible experience at auto nation. I told them what I was looking for. We were looking for something very specific. My mechanic actually told me I was never going to find a 2016 Tahoe with low miles, he said ?that?s like looking for a needle in a haystack?? WELL THEY DID! A 2016 Tahoe with 28,000 miles ???As someone used to dealing with Mercedes dealerships who have the best customer service, We were very impressed with how easy the buying process was and the level of customer service we received. I love my Tahoe, we?ve had zero issues since purchasing. 10/10 recommend!

I was a long time Chevy truck guy but decided to get a new 2021 Tundra primarily due to the bulletin proof drivetrain reputation. Got it right as the COVID thing was getting rolling, just dumb luck. The good and bad of the drivetrain is that it is a 13 year old design but with constant improvements. The gas mileage isn’t great but are you buying a full sized truck because you’re trying to save on gas? The power has impressed me since day one and the handling is great. The durability is beyond belief. Without going into a ton of detail, after a long day of hunting I was tired and probably should have let my son drive. I misjudged an automated tollbooth entrance and caught the safety curb going a little too fast. Both right side tires got destroyed from impact with the curb and I thought that I was going to have significant suspension damage. I replaced the 2 tires and it was like nothing ever happened! That was a few thousand miles ago and not even the hint of a problem, alignment is perfect and straight. Best truck I’ve ever owned!

Best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. They still use the age old "up" system in greeting walk in prospects, which is fair to the sales people, but we didn't feel like we were just a number. No price negotiations here as the posted price is what it is and the sales people don't work on commission. We had searched their inventory via internet and indicated the vehicle which we were interested in looking at. It was parked at the front entrance waiting for us when we arrived at our appointment time. We ended up buying it. Will buy our next car here too.

only had the truck for a little while now but the power if the 5.7 is instant. I came from a midsize truck and I don't think ill ever look back. From Ford to Toyota I'll never buy something that isn't Toyota.

I purchased a 2022 Tundra SR5 with the TRD off road package. BEST truck ever! Great power and gas mileage (22.5) on the highway. I just went over 52k miles and have loved every mile!

On Jan 12th I went in to see a 2019 Jeep Wrangler. The salesperson, Vince, was very helpful and professional. I made it known that I would be paying in full and no financing. He didn’t waste my time and not longer than 5min the Manager, Vinny, came and made me an offer that we were both happy with. Was so worried that they’d drag negotiations forever like at other dealerships. They made it quick and painless. Will definitely recommend to others.

I have a 2013 Toyota Tundra Limited Crewmax 5.7L V8 FFV 4x4. My truck has all the bells and whistles that I need (4 wheel drive, leather seats, heated seats, towing package, duel climate control, TRD off-road package, moon roof, etc). But it is also a very expensive truck. I bought the truck in 2022 for $27,500. It had 119,000 miles on it at the time. The interior with the limited package is nice to me, and doesn’t look out of date. The exterior also looks good to me. This truck so far has been incredibly reliable. I have not had a single issue with the truck. I really believe that this truck will last 300,000 miles. The performance of the truck is great as well. The 5.7L V8 gives you 381 horsepower. That is plenty enough for me. But the truck is not perfect. The only issues for me are 1. Fuel Economy 2. Rough Ride 3. Parking. This truck is a gas guzzler! I have 35 inch mud tires on my truck. It averages about 10-11 mpg combined. The truck also rides very rough (the mud tires on my truck probably make it worse). The truck is hard to park due to its size as well. Overall I would give the truck 4 out of 5 stars. I’ve gotten used to the rough ride and parking, but the low fuel economy really eats away at my wallet. But this truck lasts much longer on average than other trucks. It also holds its value much better than other trucks (at 9 years old with 119,000 miles it was still worth $27,500). If you can get past the poor fuel economy, then I think that you will really enjoy this truck. And if you take care of it, it should last you at least 250,000 miles.

Internal Service Writer, Sarah Kilby has completed pre-delivery inspections and alarm installations on my last four Toyotas with an attention to detail second to none. Exceeding expectations is why my loyalty and trust remain with the Toyota product and David Wilson’s Toyota of Las Vegas.

Although I love this vehicle, I am a bit put out with Toyota in general, because of the lack of fobs, and I have been talking to everyone at the dealership and with Toyota corporate office, and there has been no answer as to why I cannot get the second fob which I am entitled to. I spent enough money on this vehicle so in theory, I should have everything in place including two fobs. Is anyone else in experiencing this issue? I am reading that the supply chain on this item has open back up, but when I go to the dealership and give them my Vin number, they don’t even have it on the recall, which is what you have to have. Apparently this week will be under to even anticipate receiving your Second fob. All I can say is, shame on you, Toyota!

This is my fourth Tundra. I have owned over five hundred vehicles, new and used, in my lifetime and this is one of my favorites. Toughest truck I have owned.

I live in K.C. area, found infiniti at Las Vegas Carmax! Carlo's went above and beyond to try and help me!! Still have not found car yet, but if I find one at Carmax Las Vegas, I will certainly ask for Carlo's!!!

Love everything about it so far! I got the 2024 Platinum in Lunar Rock color. The interior leather is actually charcoal color (not black) with blue stitching and blue interior lighting throughout. Looks amazing! The sunroof is enormous, larger than the one in my outgoing 2018 Volvo XC90. I really like The JBL sound system also. Overall extremely happy with my new rig!

I saw the car I wanted on cars.com I emailed the dealer and they quickly responded. They held the car for me and I went in a bought it the following day. I was at the dealer for maybe 1 hour.. in and out.. best buying experience yet. My sales rep. Noted a few small requests I asked for and they were done before I took the car home.

This Platinum has all the bells and whistles I would ever need or want. While not as fancy as one of the “other” trucks, I plan for this one to last well past the 300,000 mile mark!

I have owned this truck since new. I have a little over 82K miles (I use a company assigned work truck for about 75% of the time I’ve owned my Tundra), therefore the relatively low mileage. I have a CM and the cab is super roomy. I recently upgraded the radio which in my opinion was probably an outdated system from the start. I tow a camping trailer a few times a year and do so very well, plenty of power. Have pulled the camper through smoky mountains with no issues. I’ve done several interstate trips and enjoy the comfort of the cab. I don’t see myself ever getting rid of this truck at all.

Reuben Floyd was incredibly helpful in guiding us toward our 2024 Rav4. He was patient with some of our indecision but once we got to writing it up, he was very efficient and thorough. He was also a very pleasant person that we got to know. He was focused and really cares about people. He's a very valuable employee and we are grateful that he took such good care of us!

Nice smooth ride and plenty of power. Very good value. Roomy interior and durable mechanics. Excellent sound system and very low maintenance. Affordable work horse.
