As my first new Toyota this Tundra is absolutely amazing! I have had many new cars but never a Toyota. This thing drives like a dream! Got lots of power to spare! The only thing I dislike about this truck is the turning radius sucks! All the other things about this truck is amazing so I will suck it up with the turning!

I have been in the process of shopping for my new F-150 for a few months now. I was pretty set on exactly what I wanted, and the discounts that were applied did not leave a ton of room for negotiation. What my purchase ultimately came down to was the level of service that I was provided. Being a long time sales manager myself, I take customer experience very seriously. One of the dealerships that I was working with lost my business completely by not respecting my time, and ultimately providing what I would call a terrible experience. Initial contact and purchasing were good but when to go pick up the car, salesman trying to pressure to buy additional warranty, and it took over an hour to receive the car.

I hate singing the service for an intermittent issue likely caused by a computer chip, on board computer or software but it a serious issue when the Adaptive Cruise control just locks the brakes up at cruising speeds over 55 MPH. I am hopeful they will eventually figure out the issue. This time I requested they just deactivate Adaptive Cruise as I?m worried about serious injury. The last time the brakes locked up out of the blue, I almost lost control of the vehicle and it slide sideways almost flipping at 70 MPH.
