Good service is a rarity in itself now in days, and me being in the service industry, i can tell when someone is really trying to please a costumer and when one is just going thru the motions. I don’t know about everyone else? But I had a great experience buying a new car! Neida and Vanessa were absolutely fantastic. They were with me the entire time. When ever I had a concern, they answered my questions honestly. I even noticed a few issues after the purchase. Neida and Vanessa took care of the issues. They went way above and beyond. They just didn’t drop me after the sale. They continue to help me with any issues with my new vehicle. I’ll be coming back with my wife to purchase her car! With Neida and Vanessa!

The experience I had with West Kendall Toyota was absolutely amazing! From the time I walked in Saul was so helpful , professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was allowed to take my time and decide on the automobile that I wanted. Never once did I feel pressured, nor did I have doubt about leaving without my desired automobile. I have a 2011 Prius that has only been serviced at West Kendall Toyota. I have had many service advisors over the past 10 years that were just OK or not good at all. Kelly Monroy is by far the best! She is very professional, respectful and polite. She goes above and beyond the basic service level. Kelly actually walked through the dealership to find me and give me an in person update on my car instead of a phone call or text. I'll ask for Kelly every time I come to West Kendall Toyota, She gets an A from me.

Amir was great! He was patient, professional and kind. He kept me updated and accompany me until the purchase was completed. When it was time to go through finance everything was done according to the agreed price. Everything was great except for the delay on delivery!

The service department is exceptional! I live in Aventura and was in the Kendall area when I encountered a problem with my A/C, and with 90-degree weather outside, this was worst case scenario for me. I didn't have an appointment and was scared I'd wait an eternity. I was taken in almost immediately, explained the problem, and my issue was solved within two hours (that is crazy fast considering service was pretty busy AND I didn't have an appointment). Very happy with their services and prices aren't bad at all. Not sure if they'll become my go to for service considering how far they are from me, but I'm very satisfied and will recommend them to my friends and family. Give them a shot! You won't regret it.

Their customer service is just wow! I unfortunately couldn’t purchase the car same day but the service I received was unlike any other. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all, no one judged me or treated me differently. I’ve experienced horrible service in other Toyota dealers but not this one. HIGHLY recommend.
