Used Toyota Tundra Hybrid trucks for sale near Little Elm, TX

We built/ordered 2024 GLC300 for my wife in May 2023. Took delivery on 12/1/2023. Darren Shin was our sales advisor. We moved our business from another Mercedes dealer because Darren was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the Mercedes autos, options, process, timeline, etc. He did NOT use any pressure whatsoever. he focused on educating us to ensure the vehicle was EXACTLY what my wife wanted. If I had a sales opening in my firm, he is exactly the high performing sales person who I would hire!! Kudos and well done.

As my first new Toyota this Tundra is absolutely amazing! I have had many new cars but never a Toyota. This thing drives like a dream! Got lots of power to spare! The only thing I dislike about this truck is the turning radius sucks! All the other things about this truck is amazing so I will suck it up with the turning!

I found a truck on cars.Com and did the normal thing sending a request to ensure it was available. Mel reached out to me via an email message and mentioned that he would contact me later in the day. He called me later that afternoon. After that very calm conversation, he gave me very solid reassurances that a different Ford dealership had lied to me about some things.. I already had pre approved financing at my credit union, so this was a fairly straight forward process. Mel made this process so easy. I'm not a youngster with no experience. I know how this process should go. This was not my first truck buying experience. Mel is a true professional and an asset to not only his profession, but to Five Star Ford. 2016 RAV 4 Hybrid : I go to Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney for all of my car maintenance. Customer service is outstanding! My SUV runs like it is still new. The dealership was recommended to me and I would highly recommend it anyone that owns a Toyota or wants to buy one.

I have over 2,000. miles on my new capstone and I love the way it drives and ride. My dislikes is the small letters on the controls and gages. I guess they took up all the space for the computer screen. The gas mileage is not what they say like 21 on the road and 16 around town. the price I had to pay over 82,000. it should be perfect.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Found the deal of about 10K off sticker price online. Upon arriving got 4K more for my trade in than expected and to top it off, had small extended warranty given to me for free.

Robert McMillan was my service advisor and did a great job not trying to sell me crap I don’t need. Like the cabin air filter, transmission fluid changed, radiator flush and don’t forget the power steering fluid change! Honest guy and easy to talk to without the sales pitch.
