Used Toyota Tundra Hybrid trucks for sale near Dallas, TX

I approached buying my Miata with usual fear and trepidation... price was a concern... I didn't want to part with my 2001, yet thought it was time. Lori was very patient and relaxed. At one point I decided not to buy and she, without argument, placed it back on inventory. Also, at other points I'd dealt with Mark and Luke, co-workers with Lori--all cooperated with each other in a very professional and friendly spirit. I had two issues under 30 day warrantee--I was given a loaner car and was called in 1/2 day that car was ready! Location is a problem, gps a necessity for someone new to Dallas. I can now find it after 8 or so visits, but laugh when I finally do get there each time. I'll probably return for service, as I have a warrantee contract, though it allows me to go elsewhere. I feel I have some real and honest friends there, a good experience.

As my first new Toyota this Tundra is absolutely amazing! I have had many new cars but never a Toyota. This thing drives like a dream! Got lots of power to spare! The only thing I dislike about this truck is the turning radius sucks! All the other things about this truck is amazing so I will suck it up with the turning!

I have over 2,000. miles on my new capstone and I love the way it drives and ride. My dislikes is the small letters on the controls and gages. I guess they took up all the space for the computer screen. The gas mileage is not what they say like 21 on the road and 16 around town. the price I had to pay over 82,000. it should be perfect.

Phillip is and has always been an amazing advisor! Anything I need, I know I can count on him. Although, when my vehicle was ready for pick up, I went to the cashier’s desk where two women were working the counter. A very nice older lady, Mary, was checking all of my information in the system and she asked her coworker, Elizabeth, for help. It did not matter that there were customers at the cashiers desk, Elizabeth took it upon herself to start yelling at Mary as if she was incompetent. She yelled at her, as a super angry parent would yell at their child and it made me really uncomfortable. The professionalism in the advisors is definitely there but it’s sad that I can’t say the same about the check-out desk.

Service I rate a 5 star- sales a 3 since my sales gentlemen lied and told. E car has a spare- I did not check for couple weeks- no spare. Service advisor is great- told the truth and help me do much. He gets A+++++++

My 2018 Highlander need to be left overnight for troubleshooting on my interior lights not working. My regular service technician with an assist from Rob her coworker tech saw to it that the problem was solved and that the regular scheduled maintenance got done as well. Pat Lobb has been my go to place ever since I moved here 6 years ago.

Accepted car on appointment time. Service rep very friendly and knowledgeable. Car ready in 20 minutes. Better than expected.
