I went to Toyota Brunswick for service of my 2012 Camry and had a wonderful experience with them. I'm always crazy weary of car repair places, whether they're a dealer or another general mechanic workshop because they always try to make more out of you and upsell customers one more thing that they don't really need. It was quite different here. First of all, everyone was quick and efficient with assisting; as soon as you drive up, someone is waiting to greet you and direct you to your advisor. Juan Martinez was my "advisor" i.e, the person you see at the front; they are assigned to your case and will walk you through your repair/service process from start to finish. He treated me like I was his family!! He was very patient, honest and knowledgeable. I was told exactly what was wrong with my car and what it would require to fix it. Most of the issues were Toyota specific recalls and so, those were all fixed (parts and all) for FREE! I did change all 4 tires which was one of my initial reasons for coming in, and I got this deal...(buy 3 and get 4th for $1). If you download the app "toyota owners", there are deals and discounts there all the time, depending on the service you want Before my car went in for repairs, I test drove it with my assigned mechanic (Eli) so that I could actually point out the noise I was concerned about while we drove the car; then when it was fixed, I drove it around again for a bit with Juan and everything checked out perfectly. The price was great, I didn't get cornered into fixing an issue that wasn't there (which most mechanics do) and my car still runs very smoothly. That definitely helped me regain some of my trust in car repair shops/technicians Impressive service Juan, if you ever read this...thank you for your great dedication to your work!!!

This car meet all my needs. it is smaller and size and has a lot of truck space. Also the gas mileage on the car is great. Especially for me because I drive a lot in one week.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

My new Yaris is a cute and sporty sedan. It has a smooth ride and it's fun to drive!!! I've read that it's pretty reliable as well. I wasn't looking to buy a Yaris but the test drive and the cost wheeled me in 😊 Although I've only had it for 2 weeks, I think I made a great choice. I've also been told it's inexpensive to maintain. Yay YARIS!!

I had a 2007 Yaris for over 10 years and loved it so I decided that I would get another Yaris for my new vehicle. The first thing I've really noticed now that I have had the car for a few weeks is that it is not as comfortable or as spacious on the inside as my previous Yaris. My 2007 was a hatchback and maybe that helped to give more inside leg room. Not sure but this one definitely is not as spacious and my knees hit the sides of console in this car. I can tell that this will be a car that I will not be taking on long trips just due to the comfortability issue. The display in the center of the car looks and feels cheap. It looks like they just placed a tablet up there. The issue though is that the touch screen is very rough and not always responsive to the touch which means I have to use the awkwardly placed center controls to navigate. Outside of that, the car runs great. It's slower to get up to speed than my old Yaris but maybe I just haven't broken this one in yet. I'm sure it will be reliable and I got a 10 year warranty with mine so I should have no worries. For the price, it's all good though. There just aren't many new vehicles that you can get for under 20k right now.

Jay helped me so much to pick my lovely new car!! He made my experience at Toyota much much better! He is very knowledgeable and will answer any questions. I really enjoyed talking to him and he didnt rush me for a decision and really worked with me for what I want in a car. He also helped me metigate with my parents(really a plus since I have Asian parents xD)! He can speak English and Korean fluently so you dont have to be Korean to talk to him. He really makes you comfortable so that can freely ask him questions. I 100% recommend this Toyota dealership and 200% recommend talking to Jay if you get a chance! He will recommend a best car for YOU. Not just a generic what???s a best seller and a high price car.

Since I hadn't purchased a new Honda car in close to 20 years, I wasn't sure about what the present-day car buying/leasing experience would be like at any car dealership. I wanted more of that high Honda quality, but where should I go? And having never leased a car before, which is what I wanted to do at this time, that also added to my concerns. Well, having gone to Route 23 Honda in Pompton Plains, N.J., both David Volpe, car sales representative, and Scott Simon, customer service (finance) manager, both immediately alleviated my concerns with friendliness and professionalism combined. David and Scott made my car-leasing experience as smooth and time-efficient as possible. Scott clearly explained my finance options and leasing details, and his handling of the required paperwork went better than I thought it would be at a dealership. David also went over leasing details, but went above and beyond with the ease of paperwork at his end, as well as other facets of the car-leasing experience. Mr. Volpe explained all the new and important details of the new Honda CR-V that I wanted to lease with option to buy in the future, and David even got into the new car with me to highlight those great features of the 2016 Honda CR-V. David made some interesting suggestions for a few accessories, but there was never any pressure to buy extra items. I don't like the "salesman pressure" you might find at another dealership (unfortunately, I did come across this once at another dealership...), but both Scott and David are highly professional gentlemen who never applied the "salesman pressure". Mr. Volpe also checked in with me several times via email to be sure that the new car was running smoothly with that top-level Honda quality, and David is always available to answer any questions I may have. In addition, I feel that the car price was very fair, and I believe I got a great deal. And finally, the new CR-V is a FABULOUS car - SO comfortable to drive and loaded with some top-of-the-line features! I truly feel that the Honda Corp. should be extremely proud of David Volpe and Scott Simon and the entire crew (service, etc.) at Route 23 Honda in Pompton Plains. David and Scott treat you like family, a family I want to be a part of for a long, long time. These guys are "top shelf", and I most highly recommend these superb folks to my relatives, friends, colleagues, and EVERYONE who wants to experience an awesome car buying/leasing experience. Five Stars? No way -- Five PLUS Stars!!

Car is great fun to drive. The steering is very responsive, the gas mileage is in the high 30's and it's very comfortable. I had heated seats put in as I plan to have this car for the rest of my life. It's sporty and fun to drive unlike the corolla. I tried alot of different cars including honda civic but for the money this was the best choice.
