2018 Rav4 was totaled by someone who ran a stop sign. Miss this car every day. Every single airbag went off and me and the other passenger were safe and able to walk away alive. Thankful for this car.

I have a 2500 GMC, and actually live about 260 miles from Springdale. Coming thru Arkansas this week my truck went into power reduction. On star told me it was a transmission fault and the truck wouldn't run over 55mph. I knew Crain was up off 412 and was hoping for a miracle to make it back home that night. It was 15 till 6 when I got there and Harrison was absolutely my hero! He told me the issue, said I maybe able to get it where you can make it home and he absolutely kept his word! Most people at quiting time don't really care to hear a story of some guy that has already spent 4 days away from and wants to get home, they have already put in a days work and ready to head that way themselves. Harrison not only took the time but I am glad to report I made it home safe and sound. Got with my local dealer and they are going to get it fixed for good once they can get a part. I just have to say my next time thru Springdale I'm dropping off some donuts for my best new friend in Arkansas!! Thanks again Harrison your the man!!

I've owned several Corolla's before, and the 2023 XSE is the best one yet. The fit and finish of the exterior, and the design and materials of the interior are all high quality for a car in this price range. The overall drivability is excellent, and feels like a car that's much more expensive. I'm still not really a fan of the CVT transmission. When you go to accelerate quickly, the car seems to be sliding in between gears and never actually chooses one. But after reading the owners manual and learning to shift the gears manually, it allows the cars performance to really shine through. It has 10 gears in the Manual Mode, and it's actually pretty fun to shift with either the up & down shift paddles on the side of the steering wheel, or pushing the gear-select lever one at a time. Anyway - it was the only driving issue I had, and Toyota already had a solution. Overall, this new Corolla is the best value car I've ever owned.

Adam Winfrey at Crain Kia Bentonville was great helping me get scheduled for the very next morning when I came in a little frantic about all of my headlights suddenly not working & also scheduled me to have my 30K mile service done at the same time. So thankful he was able to arrange a driver to take me home during the 3-4 hour service and pick me back up when my car was ready. Even better, my car was vacuumed and beautifully washed waiting for me. That was a great surprise! Especially after my last service at Crain Kia Fayetteville not going well at all. So bad I swear I would go back… I truly appreciate Crain Kia Bentonville’s excellent customer service, attention to detail and going above and beyond to ensure I felt safe leaving in my vehicle after my Fayetteville service left me a little traumatized. I just retired and got my XLE 7 months ago. I was lucky to get it. Someone else decided to pass on it. I have some upgrades like the 12 inch screen and glass top. I would have never purchased a Pruis before this new model. So far, I absolutely love it. I don’t drive it like a sports car, so I am getting 53.5 to 54,5 mpg. It is amazing to spend $12 dollars on gas every two weeks instead of $30 to $40 every week like I use to. I really love the design. I have cutting edge silver. It isn’t quite as luxurious as other cars I have had but that wasn’t why I purchased it. I think it can last me the rest of my life.

Drove 142 mi again to buy a veh from Kevin Wilson, 2nd time he has been very fair and knows how to make a good deal. This is our fourth 4Runner since 1996. 4Runners are a supper reliable SUV. Each of our 4Runners had over 250,000 miles with no issues. I would recommend a Toyota 4Runner as primary vehicle. They are stylish, reliable, economical to own and operate.

This is a beautiful new location and they have really upped the service here. It is night and day.

I have yet to get this 2024 4runner TRD Pro stuck, and I have tried. Love this thing. Its already made it across the country and back. Ive had it since April of 2024 and about to break 20k miles. Had water to the bumper and mud to the frame and this thing keeps on ticking wheels keep turnin.

I've been visiting this dealership fairly regularly since Crain bought the VW dealership. I regularly get my GTI and Beetle serviced there and I traded in my 2013 GTI for a 2016 GTI. Overall, I find the service department to be excellent in regards to taking care of my vehicles. They aren't cheap or fast, but they do it right and I'm willing to pay a premium for that fact. The experience of buying from them will likely vary depending upon which salesperson you get. Some are real car people and know the ins and outs of the brand, others there less so. When I bought my 2016, I met with the first available person, but when I mentioned some specific options that I wanted, the person clearly didn't know the VW shorthand that I was using, such as DCC. I walked out at that point. I then set up a meeting with Wes, who I knew had a great handle on the ins and outs of VW cars, and he took care of me. We ended up having a car brought in from KC and Crain matched the KC dealer's advertised sale price on the car, so I felt like I got a great deal and that they treated me fairly. I suspect that most dealers have a similar salesperson issue of some being into cars and others just into selling you something. Their new facilities are a huge improvement over the Rogers location and the temporary Springdale location. Unless something weird happens, I expect to buy my next GTI or T-Roc (VW send it to the US!) from Crain and I will head directly for Wes, if he is still there next year.

I purchased a 2022 Tundra SR5 with the TRD off road package. BEST truck ever! Great power and gas mileage (22.5) on the highway. I just went over 52k miles and have loved every mile!

The plug-in is what I really wanted. An outstand car, the battery is way to small. A full electric car is not the best choise for driving in Colo and Wy. The Prius is the best of both worlds

Unfortunately I had to buy a new car today. My 2013 Kia Forte was totaled last month so I had to say goodbye to my dependable, comfortable and nice looking ride. Just bought this 2019 from a dealership. At first I couldn't believe the mileage...170 miles...until the dealer explained it came out during the height of COVID and sat at dealership for 3yrs. This current dealership bought it at an auction with only 170 miles! Once they advertised, I jumped on it! I've always liked the style and the quality of Toyota cars. I had a sports car prior to thus and I can tell you there is a BIG difference in the cost of gas and mileage. It's sleek, roomy and I LOVED the colorit came in (Electric Blue). It was kind of pricey for a 2019 but it was definately in NEW condition!

Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

I traded in my 2016 RAV4 Limited for the Highlander XLE. Primarily for the ride. We had to give up some features such as seat positioning and closeness sensors available on the Rav4. The 2019 Highlander has a V6 that is well reported on and gives us the performance we need. Our ride has definitely improved on the Highlander.

Traded 2023 Highlander Ltmd AWD for 2024 4 runner because it was sadly disappointing. Chose 2024 4runner before they ruin it with the 2.4L turbo & electric motors the 2025 is suppose to get. Have a 2022 4runner we love so why not have another as our second vehicle. Both are TRD Off Road models and seem to go just about anywhere you dare with surprising results Everytime ! Good visibility,great comfort, enough room and safe & reliable.

Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.
