I purchased my 2024 Audi Q8 E tron about 6 months ago. I wanted to get into an electric car and with the new Q8 update the time was right. When I purchased the car the demand for EV’s was still very high. Audi has some more incentives now that consumers can take advantage of. The SUV is a beautiful luxury vehicle that I highly recommend. I purchased the Prestige package which has everything including massaging seats, color changing interior LED lighting and some other lighting on the exterior. These SUV’s are not cheap but I did not want to regret Geary options so I chose the Prestige trim. The ride, attention to detail and style of this suv is amazing. I get compliments all the time. This is my first EV so I had to learn that you typically should keep the car charged between 20-80%. Keep this in mind when shopping for your EV. The EPA range listed for the Q8 Etron is around 290 miles on a full charge. My driving is a mix of city and highway and there is no way I could ever get anywhere close to that. On a full charge my range is about 240 miles. Now I will say if you drive exclusively in the city you will get better mileage as the car regenerates power with frequent braking. If you drive on highway above 70 mph you will see your mileage drop. So in conclusion I love this suv and it is beautifully put together but I would not recommend if you have to make long trips. We have a ICE car so we can use that for long trips.

Just had an oil change appointment but they found a faulty hose and a oil leak which they repaired. I also was given a loaner vehicle as they had to order a part. Originally I showed up to look at a previously owned 2006 Porsche Cayman S; it hadn't yet been prepared for sale. after a test drive and a few discussions over whether or not the car was right for my wife and I, we found that Bob and team at Audi Fresno are absolutely exemplary in the sales, service and customer satisfaction field. We had outside the norm questions that really can only be answered by a broad range of personnel and people involved in the sales process and the service process regarding a special car. This is a review of a CrossTrac loaner car from a Subaru dealership while my Ascent was in for service. My likes: exterior styling-great looking small SUV, fun to drive around town-somewhat peppy engine, great commuter car-easy to park, feel safe while driving-great visibility and excellent crash test worthiness, fantastic AC-keeps interior of vehicle even in hot desert climate, always AWD, decent room for backseat passengers. My dislikes: Subaru seems to have eliminated headrests that tilt-this has always been a favorite of mine and a huge reason I have owned 7 Subarus, Premier trim seats not the most comfortable, needs a bit more horsepower- when passing other vehicles on highway one must plan plenty of time, not a lot of exterior color choices since many are dark metallic -my preference is white, beige, light gray, light blue, not very budget friendly-SUV pricing in general remains rather high. Would I recommend this vehicle? Absolutely!

Had a blown out sidewall on my Ford Fusion. No one had a replacement and quoted 2-3 days. Went to Ford Quicklane at the dealership, they didn?t either by Sarah took my rim, and told they?d have it done in the afternoon. Called back at 1 and sure enough they had it and mounted it so I went back & they put it on. Great service

2024 F250 Lariat Diesel HO is a luxury truck with all of the amenities and safety features that one could want. It handles great, has a much improved turning radius and a very comfortable ride.

I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

Looking at a Tucson in the parking lot Steve Young came out in the rain to help us. He immediately connected with us. My grandson wanted to trade in his Accent for the Tucson. Steve was incredibly helpful. He had the added challenge of working with grandparents and a girlfriend. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. Only driven about 350 miles but so far it's been great. Coming from a vehicle with the typical audio and HVAC controls there was a learning curve but it wasn't an issue for me. I like the distinctive styling and creature comforts like heated steering wheel and seats. Still getting the hang of the backup camera and how the lines relate to the actual position of the vehicle.

Everything was faster than my previous experiences in other dealerships, the staff is very friendly and especially Ricardo Martínez frijolito who had a lot of patience with me at all times and also the attention I received from Ryan Fisher was very special and professional., very satisfied with them, also thank Felician Gobert for his help, really thank you all.

It’s been a great car for the past few months. The 2.0 engine has the perfect amount of power to get around and the 8 speed does a decent job. I love the exterior and interior styling. Great driving position and overall feel. My only complaint is the sometimes slow infotainment screen, especially on startup when I go to use the climate controls. Other than that I love the technology and features you can get in this car!
